I’ve always loved Chili’s, but something about this location has always been a let down. Whether it be the food quality, lack of good service, or just a bad experience overall. Been here a few times and actually can’t say I’ve had a good experience any of those times. Hopefully they get things on track soon, I’m sure I’ll be back!

$75 for two people is insane. the food quality nor the service warrants this kind of pricing. also $7 for chips and salsa.... really? the only thing that saved this place from a lower rating was our server. he seemed to be having a hard night, which is understandable, but he was very kind and prompt with our orders. however we stood at the front desk for like 10-15 minutes before even being greeted. if you're going to charge this amount of money for food and drinks you better be on your A game, from start to finish.

Food has changed. No flavor and slopy. Probably need a new chef. Ordered a burger and the chicken pasta. Burger had sogy bread and pasta tasted like a mayo blend of sauce. Been many time and this hasn't happened.

Absolutely love this Chili’s in Spring Hill! 🌟 The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious – never disappoints! 🍔🌮🥗 But what really makes this place shine is the service. Every visit feels like we’re treated like family. ❤️ Amanda, our server, was hands-down the BEST – friendly, attentive, and just makes the whole dining experience even better. 🙌 We always recommend coming here, and especially asking for Amanda if you want top-notch service! Yesterday my husband and I took our little boy to Chilis for his birthday. I wanted to do something special for his 6th bday but we had to postpone the party because most of the family works Saturday or was busy doing something so we knew Sunday we would celebrate but we still wanted to make him feel special on his birthday which Is September 27th. He loves Chilis and had been asking to go so we decided to take him for a special bday dinner. Alexis our server was amazing! She was very sweet and personable. She had us laughing and would check back to make sure everything was good. But the highlight is how she made our boy feel special on his bday by making a big deal and have the entire staff celebrate him along with the whole restaurant. He was so surprised and it just made his day. I don’t think he will ever forget it and it meant a lot to us how Alexis went out of her way and she genuinely cared. It’s really hard to find good customer service like this. The food was delicious and the service from everyone there was outstanding! The restaurant is also very clean which I appreciate. Alexis should get a raise! She’s awesome!!!!

We had a young man waiter we let the manager know to let him know he has to make sure he check on his tables and not hold up the wall talking to his co-workers. Can't make money if you're talking and on ur phone the whole time.
