Domino's Pizza

They do not honor their their word, they'll say that there's a deal, the employee says it's valid, then the manager gets on and tells you they have to charge you and nickel and dime you which directly contradicts exactly what the employee stated. They need to train their people better and they need to learn to honor what they say instead of waste their customers time only renege

This place is absolutely awful. Placed an order at 8:56pm. Their hours say open til 11pm. One single large pizza. Delivery estimate 14-29 minutes. Placed the order and the tracker jumped to Kaitlyn making the pizza. It sat like that until 9:46 then it jumped to enjoy your pizza. Called because the pizza had definitely not been delivered. Sat on hold for 10mins. Hung up called again and placed on hold again. In the meantime my husband drove to the store. All lights are off and store is completely closed at 9:58pm. This is the 3 time this location has been awful with delivery but the first time they actually stole money and didn’t deliver the pizza. I’ll never again order from here.

2nd time I've ordered from this location and it's the second time I've had to call and remind them to make my pizza because they hadn't started on it. Pass on this location if you want to actually get pizza

Staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have a long wait time, plus this location has a drivethru service. My pizza was prepared accurately, quickly and served hot!

I order a pizza for instant pickup. ETA shows 19 minutes so I order 25 minutes ahead of time. I come to the store, and my order hasn’t even been started. I’m told that my singular pizza will be ready in 30 minutes. I’m the only person here, so I’m just a tad annoyed. The employees didn’t seem to care enough to offer an explanation. If you’re craving pizza, don’t come to this location.

I have been going to this Domino's for a number of years off and on. I have never got a bad pizza from them. Recently got another great pizza from them. Keep up the good work. Us customers appreciate it.

I have been waiting forever for this delivery. Here is the thing… if they are busy, I’m happy to just come pick up my pizza. So the one star review is because every time I come in to ask if I should just come pick it up, they immediately put me on hold. I’ve been trying to talk to someone… sitting on hold… for about 25 cumulative minutes… also, pizza still isn’t here…

Been to a lot of dominos, I know this one needs to fix there service and quality control. Asked for a medium pan pizza well done. I proceeded to ask for a receipt, the women did not give me one and said it would be on the box. I wanted one because i already paid for it and was coming back later to pick it up but was like whatever. brought it home and it was super soggy and almost raw. A little bit shocked, I am a huge fan of dominos and love their pan pizzas hope this location can get it together.

Worst delivery experience I have ever had with this location. Driver just tossed my pizza on my front porch and hurried back to his car not even acknowledging me when I open my door. He didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell and let me at least receive the pizza I ordered. Pizza box was in front of my door so I had to carefully open it to avoid knocking it off into my landscaping. Called the store manager to find out why my delivery was treated this way and he obviously didn’t care that much either. This used to be a good store location and I’ve ordered from there for years. Apparently they don’t have any care about how they treat their customers so this will be the last time I ever order from this location.
I cannot trust that my food will be treated with any respect, it was half cold when I received it. I threw the pizza out as now I can’t even trust that something wasn’t done to it given the attitude the driver had when he “delivered” it.

Pizza was subpar, cheese is light to none.

Pizza was an hour late and completely inedible. It was cold and the crust wasn’t cooked through. Had this problem before and gave them another chance, but it is the last time I order from Domino’s.

Sick and tired of paying for a product that is not received which is a common trend with this location. Today we were shorted a topping we paid for and all we get is credit points towards future orders. What about a refund for not getting what we paid for? And of it was way later arriving than the app projection and of course cold.
