Consistently late on deliveries. I get a free pizza just about every time I order, because they never deliver when they say they will!

One time, it took over an hour to get my food, and the driver still forgot my salad. He said he’d bring it later but never did. Another time, I waited almost an hour for my order, only to get a call saying they didn’t have a driver. My only options were to pick it up myself or cancel — I definitely cancelled.

This past Thursday I placed a future order online to be delivered to my work Friday at 11. I was unsure how this was gonna go and a little nervouse. But at 11 right on the dot, driver pulls up without any problem finding our entrance. Pizza was hot and absolutely delicious! Hands down fantastic service and delivery! Thank you! We very much enjoyed the 10 pizzas you were able to get to us right at our lunch time! Will get our business from here on out!

They messed up my pizza that I rightfully paid for then had the nerve to tell me if I wanted a new one I would have to pay a delivery fee for something they messed up this place is really going down hill

We ordered a pizza. It was an hour and 40mins
. unacceptable we will go to Papa Johns. We called twice the store personnel could care less that they were late. You did not even try to fix the issue. He just said they have 15 orders before us.

Was disappointed to find my LARGE pizza was cold and cut into four unequal slices. In addition to irregular slice size, the cut didn't go all the way through the pizza. I could literally, with one hand, pick up the entire pizza by the crust. Where's quality control?

I ordered 1 pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni with 4 butter dipping sauces. I got one pizza with more than half pepperoni and 3 slices only of cheese with 0 garlic dipping sauce. Their only recourse was to write my name down to promise me “free” (which is really the already paid for dipping sauce I didn’t received) dipping sauce instead of crediting me $4 plus tax ( the amount I paid for the dipping sauce) on my next pizza order they assume I want to buy from them. And the pizza just wasn’t that good. What a disappointment.

Sarah is an absolute Godsend. She is the only reason I still order from this store. I CONSISTENTLY order pizza from here with a delivery estimate of 20-40 minutes. My food begins being prepared at minute 30. If Sarah isn’t my delivery driver, my food is either cold, smashed, incorrect, or not complete. This specific location needs a corporate overhaul on how they deal with business. They clearly cannot handle making more than 1 order per hour. Shameful that they’re even still an option in Spring Hill.

Made me wait an entire hour on my food and then canceled the delivery and said I have to go pick it up from the store. If I wanted to go pick it up I would have selected that option this place sucks

I only order from dominos and jets. Other pizza places ( I won’t name names), but they were repeatedly bad experiences. Dominos always gets it right. One time it wasn’t and I called and they credited me for the said food. Basically this location in Spring Hill does a good job.

My husband ordered and paid online for delivery. After a hour the tracker app stated it was still being prepped. I tried to call several times to see if the app was the issue. However, the first time I called I got put on hold for a while. The second and third time I called, I was transferred to a automated system to place a order then transfered back to the store when I asked to check my order. Nevertheless, no answer from the store. My husband works night shift and was wanting to take pizza for his lunch. Just poor customer service! Been waiting over two hours and still no pizza! Will be calling in the morning to get my money back if the pending payment goes through!

Ordered online and when I arrived to the location to pick up order, I had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes which is very unprofessional for paying customers, only to find out that my pizza didn’t even make it to the oven, until 25 minutes later. I only ordered a small pizza. They only had 2 cooks in the store making orders and they were not able to prioritize orders. They couldn’t even apologize and attempt to make my experience better.
