This has to be the absolute worst DD I’ve ever been to. I’ve been in the drive thru with 4 cars in front of for the past 15 minutes and the line has not moved a single car. People are walking up to the doors and they are all locked (it’s 7:20 am). How this place stays in business is beyond my comprehension. It’s like this every time I come here and I don’t come here very often. Obviously, mgmt doesn’t read the reviews…. Or they don’t care.

I hate to be a Karen but after 4 or 5 tries I have to leave a review.

This Dunkin is down the road from my house. Occasionally I stop by to grab donut holes and coffee for my family. Every time I have went it takes minimum 15 minutes even with no lining the drive through or in side. Today I sat at the order speaker for 5 minutes before they took my order. No car in front of me and it looked like only one car in the parking lot. Every time I order I get 25 donut holes and every time I have been shorted. Today I got 19 donut holes but paid for 25. Every time my coffee is cold. Today it was luke warm at best. The guy working the drive thru was polite but looked homeless. This person is the face of your store, he should look presentable. If you are trying to help a homeless person in need of a job, assist him in looking presentable. Take a bit of pride in your business. I’m done with this shop. Again I hate to write a poor review but how else can I help the store do better or help other people not get shorted or get poor quality food. I’ll vote with my money and spend it somewhere else. Good luck and I hope the owner sees this and makes some positive changes.

This is the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever encountered (and I’ve been to many). There is no reason they should take this long. There is nobody in front of drive thru ordering station yet they make us wait 20 minutes to even order. They are lazy, rude, and incredibly slow.

I placed an online order at the Dunkin on Wall Street. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I went up to the counter to find out that they were out of the main item I'd ordered. I asked for a refund and was told I'd have to call the 800 number. I left and went to the store on Port Royal. It was also super busy and I wasn't hopeful. But I went inside and Donna was so sweet and so helpful. She filled my order quickly and I was on my way in no time. Someone give Donna a raise!

I ordered through the drive through this morning and during the process of ordering two iced vanilla lattes, two sandwiches, hash browns, and donuts, the person taking my order was laughing at me and laughing with her co workers in the background while I was ordering. She kept laughing and muting the mic in the middle of me ordering because she couldn’t stop laughing. I am shocked by the customer service I received this morning. Will never go back. From California, thought coming here we would experience southern hospitality but it has been the complete opposite.

Now I’ll start by saying I’ve never had a bad experience coming to this Dunkin. This morning, was outstanding. I don’t know her name but the girl that worked the drive thru on June 11th is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Not just someone in customer service but someone period! She literally made our morning and we left with smiles. I mean leaving with donuts and coffee helped but it was really her amazing attitude and personality. I wish everyone could have the experience we did and I thank her so much for being so incredible.

I travel a lot for work. I grab a cuppa coffee and maybe a six dollar meal deal or if it's a great day a donut. Lol.
As I work on my laptop, I can hear the team talking and working.

Great atmosphere to be in. Everyone works well together and enjoys their job. Thankful for y'all again thank you.

Rude and unsanitary..I didn't even eat my food after the lady with tattoo on her neck picked her nosed and handed the food to me. Will never go back!! 🤢

Walked in to get my order greeted by an employee and ask if I was picking up said yes and immediately someone starts screaming. I was handed my food and said thank you to hear screaming again about not socializing with my baby in arm mind you. terrible environment why would you be screaming through a family friendly coffee shop? Im trying to pick my order up in peace with my husband and two week old newborn only to walk into the screaming it’s a horrible way to act when you have guest!! On top of the horrible environment my iced coffee tasted awful and had to be trashed. I just wish people had more respect for others it’s insane. I’ve never been in another restaurant and experienced this level of unprofessionalism.
