I ordered through the drive through this morning and during the process of ordering two iced vanilla lattes, two sandwiches, hash browns, and donuts, the person taking my order was laughing at me and laughing with her co workers in the background while I was ordering. She kept laughing and muting the mic in the middle of me ordering because she couldn’t stop laughing. I am shocked by the customer service I received this morning. Will never go back. From California, thought coming here we would experience southern hospitality but it has been the complete opposite.

Now I’ll start by saying I’ve never had a bad experience coming to this Dunkin. This morning, was outstanding. I don’t know her name but the girl that worked the drive thru on June 11th is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! Not just someone in customer service but someone period! She literally made our morning and we left with smiles. I mean leaving with donuts and coffee helped but it was really her amazing attitude and personality. I wish everyone could have the experience we did and I thank her so much for being so incredible.

Great experience at Dunkin like usual
I travel a lot for work. I grab a cuppa coffee and maybe a six dollar meal deal or if it's a great day a donut. Lol.
As I work on my laptop, I can hear the team talking and working.

Great atmosphere to be in. Everyone works well together and enjoys their job. Thankful for y'all again thank you.

Rude and unsanitary..I didn't even eat my food after the lady with tattoo on her neck picked her nosed and handed the food to me. Will never go back!! 🤢

Walked in to get my order greeted by an employee and ask if I was picking up said yes and immediately someone starts screaming. I was handed my food and said thank you to hear screaming again about not socializing with my baby in arm mind you. terrible environment why would you be screaming through a family friendly coffee shop? Im trying to pick my order up in peace with my husband and two week old newborn only to walk into the screaming it’s a horrible way to act when you have guest!! On top of the horrible environment my iced coffee tasted awful and had to be trashed. I just wish people had more respect for others it’s insane. I’ve never been in another restaurant and experienced this level of unprofessionalism.

I’m giving y’all 5 stars for service, everyone here is always so sweet and helpful! However, you guys desperately need to power wash the exterior of your building, it would greatly improve appearance. Also, I have had things forgotten twice now in coming. I will still always come back though, you guys are so nice! Just wanted to provide some constructive feedback as well :)

worst Dunkin experience ever! I ordered on the app. They got my latte and donuts wrong. I ordered three donuts, they gave me two and had to replace two of them because they were out (even though it let me order those two donuts in the app). I did not receive a single correct donut flavor that I ordered.

I personally love this Dunkin, and it is the only location I go to if I can help it. The staff is friendly and helpful and they make THE BEST drinks. I am always so happy with my experience here and I’ll always love this Dunkin location. Their drinks always taste better than other locations. 10/10 recommend.

Stood in lobby/ at counter for well over 5 minutes. I actually walked and went behind the counter and asked if anybody was here. To find someone vaping and on there phone. Only went for some donuts. Said they didn’t have any donuts.

I have been to this location on 4 separate occasions and on three out of the 4 they were closed and this was in the afternoon!! Why have a store if you don’t plan on actually opening it to serve the public ? Take today for example the young gentleman in the drive through yelled at me through the drive through speaker telling me as I was walking to the door of the restaurant “hey we are only taking mobile orders go away “ ! If this is who you are hiring to run your store you won’t be open for long . They leave when they want and they serve who they want.

I get that this location gets busy, but have some respect for your consumers. Every morning I go there and get huffing and puffing through the drive through. That make you feel like YOU are a nuisance for coming there.
