Firehouse Subs Crossings On Main

I rarely leave negative reviews but this deserves one. We ordered a pick-up order and they forgot the drink. My wife didn't realize until she was home that I had ordered one. Not a big deal, I phoned the store and just asked that they remove the charge since I didn't get the item I ordered.

The employee checked with a manager and I was told that they do not refund and I'd have to drive back (20 minutes) to pick it up. Corporate was not helpful either and said refunds are up to the store manager since they are a franchise.

There are far too many options for food that are higher quality and with better service. A quick glance at some of the other reviews and you'll see this isn't an isolated problem with this location.

The food is always fine, but I have not come here once where I was able to order exactly what I wanted. They’re always missing at least one ingredient for whatever I wanted to order (today it was the au jus for the French dip). Just an bit annoying if you’re craving something in particular.

First, the sign said that garlic bread for roll was 0.75, but I was charged $1.24. Second, the female employee with facial piercings and fake eyelashes was too busy on her phone to make my sandwich. When she finally started, she kept touching it while also touching my food. She had no name tag, so I don’t know her name. Last, I didn’t even get my pickle.

EVERYTIME I order from Firehouse for pick up or delivery it takes almost 1.5 hours to get my order completed. It continuously gets delayed. I do order gluten free bread, and they have to do extra care to prepare my order however it seems like my FULL PRICE (extra actually for the GF bread) order is such an inconvenience that they just keep pushing it back. If my allergy is such an inconvenience, remove that option. Otherwise make my order when it was placed and in the order it was placed. Ownership needs to take a long hard look at the operations of this store!

Showed up over 30 mins before closing and some big lady told us we couldn't get hot subs because the owner told them to shut it down over 30 mins before closing as he wants them out by 9:15pm and it takes them 15 minutes to clean their oven. I don't see no where that they stop serving hot subs at 8:30pm.

Walked in and we were the only people in the restaurant. Placed our order and then proceeded to wait over 30 minutes for our food. The manager did not inform us that they had to go orders they were working on and she didn't even put on gloves to help speed up the process until after 15 minutes. We only ordered 2 sandwiches. My husband's was ready 10 minutes before mine. Probably the worst service we've ever had.

This fire house was probably the most friendliest one I've been too. Treated my niece and I like we could have been family. Food was as ordered. Definitely stop again.

This is my first time ever leaving a review but it's beyond time for firehouse subs in Spring Hill TN. I've personally met the owner and he's a really good guy but his staff is awful to say the least. I wouldn't write a bad review over one bad experience but seems like it wasn't an experience but the way it is now at firehouse in Spring Hill. They don't care when you get your ord
