Ordered an Italian Sub to go on Sunday evening around 6:30. Took our sub home for our dinner. The sandwich had no bread on the bottom half except the tip end which had no meat. I suppose someone thought it was funny; but what counts is my wife and I did not think it was funny at all. We dumped the sandwich and didn't eat anything. We have been going to the Firehouse Subs since moving to the area almost 8 years ago. We will no be returning after this charade. If this was a mistake, the some retraining is needed.

My grandfather was a fire chief so I LOVE the basis that Firehouse Subs is about. Today we were excited to try them out after awhile and today’s visit was very rough. Inside was very dirty and sticky everywhere. Employees were stand offish and seemed annoyed but I just chaulked it up to they must be tired. I asked for no mayo or mustard on my sandwich and we took it home. By the time I got home and started eating I found both in my sandwich and was unable to eat it :/ I was so excited to eat so I was very upset. I did not call or go back to fix because I used to work in the service industry and I have seen crazy things petty people do when they are upset with a customer. Sadly not going to return here. The employees seemed like they didn’t care at all and the mistake is probable to happen again.

Staff is awful I called about not getting pickle spears with our sandwiches which we DID NOT GET!... No one there could help except to say come down and get them. Also used app to get 50% off first online order or use within a week inside to get the discount. Did NOT work on app so no % off. Called and tried to talk to a manager.. supervisor..or a boss. And was informed they work as a " team" no boss. And I said this is why someone should be there to answer my questions and concerns. He offered no information on online app or compensation. I wouldn't go and get the pickles for fear of no telling what they would do to them before giving them to me. After he had gotten smart about talking "that way" on the phone. Not sure what that was about. This company needs to fix issues case and point why there should b a management person their. We have only been there twice and probably won't go again because of this situation. Would have been happy to place another on phone and get the 50% off and missed pickles from previous order today ..but that was never offered😔😠😡
