Jordan the Server was lazy, said she’d bring our toast and needed reminding and then at end of the meal still without bringing the rest of the breakfast we told her to credit us. Which she didn’t. So terrible.

Expect to wait a few minutes to be seated and to be served. Food also takes a while to come out.
Service could be better. Servers are not discreet and are emotional in front of customers. Not very professional. They should try to stay composed and attend to their customers or take a break to recoup and co-workers who step in to assist should not inform customers when their colleagues are feeling overwhelmed.

I used to love coming here and still do t times but the music is horribly loud no matter where you sit. It n order to eat here I have to bring my earbuds and it’s still quite loud. We’ve asked about turning it down but they say corporate controls the sound. The service is okay. Ashley is great but things are consistently forgotten with orders. I ate here once or twice a week when we moved here in March but now it’s becoming my last choice. I live their food but having to eat it in such loud an overstimulating environment, especially with children is very unpleasant.
