It’s Sunday, and we got to the restaurant a little after 12:30. Seated right away, many dirty tables, some were just getting cleaned as we were ready to leave at 1:40. From our table we could see 6 dirty tables—2 right beside us.. We love the food, but the surroundings don’t make it a pleasant experience. This is not the first time we have experienced this..

We had ordered Shimp and Grits dish, it was terrible, with burnt onions and tomatoes, so that taste of the dish was bitter, too salty pepperly and there was too much oil poured in. It was not possible to eat. Also, pancakes were too dry. Waste of time and money.

Sat at a table for 18 minutes while watching 4 wait staff eat food in a food prep area on same prep table with customer meals and starring at their phones and we were never even greeted or given water. We left, restaurant was not busy at all. With several tables still having previous customers meals left to be cleaned.

First Watch never disappoints. I've been to a few locations for meetings. We always have either breakfast or lunch and it's usually great with a good service.

First Watch is always excellent and the food is the best. Although today the floor was messy and wet. The young man who was cleaning the tables was wiping the bread and crumbs on to the floor. Maybe he thinks his job is beneath him. The coffee urn was splattered with coffee and the silverware appeared to be dirty. I still tipped the servers but I hope the don’t give anything the guy. The food is great but the manager needs to correct that weak link.

Amazing place! From the staff to the atmosphere and especially the food! Home cooking but better. I had the best omelette I have ever had. The bacon, the cinnamon rolls…everything was amazing! Will be going back more often! If you haven’t tried it yet, don’t wait any longer. You will love it!

Hostess was too busy, flirting with the male waiter to take care of customers. We were patient and waited for her to finish her conversation that was more important before she would begrudgingly do her job. Sorry to have inconvenienced her. The waitress was good but definitely over understaffed.
