Frankie's Pizza & Grill

Maybe I arrived on a bad day? There were 5-7 other parties but I just ordered two small pizzas. It took longer than 30 minutes for it to arrive and the server was generally non-existent from the time of ordering to the time the food arrived.

The food was fine, nothing earth-shattering.

Love this place! I've been looking for a good italian restaurant, and found it here. Outside seating is great, and live music on most weekends evenings.

Nobody answers the phone here?? Called multiple times to place an order. Very sad. Train your staff to answer the phone. Seriously?? Easy way to miss out on business.

We were sat immediately by the host and then we were not greeted or acknowledged at all for 15 minutes so we got up and left. Disappointing for sure, since this was our first time trying this place out!

Recently moved to Spring Hill asked a couple people where the best pizza in town was and everyone answer here. It did NOT DISAPPOINT. Had the white pie, a pepperoni pie,bruschetta, and a canoli..... kiss to the chef. Will be back and most likely often.

Our experience here left a lot to be desired. We arrived at 6:34 PM but weren’t seated until 7:11, even though the restaurant didn’t seem particularly busy. It took until 7:30 to place our order, and our food didn’t arrive until 8:15 — almost two hours after we got there.

We ordered a pizza, chicken parm, and a salad. When the food finally came out, the pizza was noticeably burnt. The waitress offered excuses for the delays and the overall lackluster service, which only added to the frustration.

A simple meal like this shouldn’t take nearly two hours, and certainly shouldn’t arrive in that condition. Between the slow service, burned food, and poor communication, this was not an enjoyable experience. We won’t be back.

Edit: the aftertaste is so bad, I want to eat toothpaste.

As someone who works as a server, I know firsthand how busy shifts can get and that sometimes things don’t go perfectly. That said, this visit was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

We were told the wait would be about 10 minutes, but we didn’t get seated until 35–40 minutes later. Once we were finally sat, we waited another 45 minutes for our food after the order was placed. During that time, two tables who were seated well after us received their food before ours ever hit the table.

When our food did arrive, it was burnt. The pizza in particular was honestly not good at all. I hate to say it, but even Little Caesar’s would have been better.

The service itself felt unprofessional, with no communication or acknowledgment of the delays. I understand that things get hectic, but as a fellow server, I also know that clear communication and attention to guests can make all the difference. Unfortunately, that just didn’t happen here.

Not a great experience. We got seated right away but sat around for 25 minutes until we placed an order. We didn’t get a menu either so I had to go back up and ask. Then our appetizer was the wrong order… At that point we had written the whole place off. Too small, too loud, too expensive. The food was fine.
