We tried to like this place. We tried this place today for the 3rd time and it was jusy awful. We love to support local businesses and tried bur the bowl of fettuccine was filled with oil and my gyro and pored out. We have heard so many good things about how the owner helps the homeless and has heart problems and so we really were trying g to support this business. It was kids running the place and did not seem to care. He even told me that it looked bad in the pot so he stirred it then said they are trying a new recipe. I have never had seen so much oil in food. We also got fried mozzarella and it was cold in the middle. Overpriced for horrible food. We actually had to go get diner somewhere else after we paid for a meal here.

Overall the food and atmosphere were good.
We had some challenges with service though. There were a couple orders entered incorrectly.
One was an incorrect side, which didn't take long to fix.
With the other, it took roughly 10 minutes to get the main out to the table, only to discover the server had entered the wrong main. Then, it took ~15 more minutes to bring out the correct main, by which time, everyone else had finished their food and were ready to leave. We asked whether it was possible to have that one main taken off the bill due to the inconvenience of making that member of our party wait 25 minutes for their food, but it was left on there.

We've been here several times and have never had an issue like this before, but not gonna lie, we were kinda bummed out this time.

We had a burger plate, 2 chicken kabob plate that came with small salad bar bowl, flaming cheese appetizer and cost us $74! $24.95 for 2 chicken kabobs is insanely expensive, the side veggies was 2 pieces of broccoli in the rest were just carrots . You get kabobs plate at Chicago express for $13.99. Chicken was very dry, flaming cheese was burned, we didn’t even eat hardly any of it, and the floors were sticky and appeared not to have been mopped for who knows how long. Might be family based and friendly owners , but what restaurants are really about no big star rating for me. And oh the hand dryer in woman’s bathroom is SO HIGH up, when you put wet hands under it the water blows off into your face, not to mention a child could never reach it, nor someone in a wheelchair so this cannot be compliant

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Spring Hill. They have a great salad bar and good pasta dishes. The owner is very friendly and caring about his customers.

2nd time visiting this location. First, Jesse was great as a server. He was kind and attentive. The food however was not great this visit. The chicken parm left a lot to be desired. The spaghetti was underwhelming with not real flavor. The chicken was okay but definitely not a cutlet. More so a fried chicken patty. The salad bar was good but the lettuce was completely brown and I arrived at 11:05 am, right when lunch began.
I don’t think this is typical and when I mentioned it to Jesse he immediately fixed that situation. The bakery was amazing as always

The food was absolutely phenomenal but what sparked me to write a review was our experience with the service! Jessie (I hope I am spelling his name right) was so amazing. He was very attentive and friendly! He went above and beyond to make sure my 3yr old and 8yr old were happy! Checking on us frequently and never rushing us! The owner came around checking on all guest and making sure everyone was pleased. It’s so refreshing to go out to eat and actually experience great service! Extremely happy to support this business!

We celebrated my mother in laws 80th birthday yesterday. I want to give a big shout out to Jayden our server. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience there was the best. He was interacting with all of us laughing and joking and he showed my mother in law the utmost respect. More of the younger generation needs to do this. The food was excellent as always and so was the service. If we had a problem Jayden was on top of it. And to be honest since we have found this restaurant we haven't been back to Olive garden in over a year. We thank the whole staff for a job well done.

I ordered the meat lovers omelette, which was a very generous portion. It’s full of fresh ingredients and is always good. I was able to enjoy the rest of it this morning. This is our favorite breakfast place in Spring Hill. It is always consistently good And his run by a wonderful family

Visited this place today at 10 AM. Waiter took our order. 45 minutes later. Still no food. Advised owner and was shocked at his lack of concern. The place was less than half full of customers.

Nice atmosphere and nice server. I ordered their lunch special - two slices of pizza and a soda for $6.95. About 10 minutes after I placed my order, I saw an employee take several boxes of pizza outside, and I continued to see this every 5-10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes, the server informed me that they had just filled a very large pizza order and my food would be ready soon. By that time, my lunch break was almost over, so I took the pizza to go. The crust was thin and crispy (the way I like it), but overall, the pizza was rather flavorless. I was very disappointed that I had waited so long for such a bland pizza. The server was professional and apologetic, and perhaps they have other food with more flavor, but I will not be back to try it. I am very disappointed.

Best. Day. Ever. Came in today for the first time In a while….. The place looks great. The chairs are a huge step up from those outdated booths And they are super comfortable. I asked Alex the manager about the change and he very Kindly and Professionally explained the reasoning for the switch and it was extremely reasonable. The gyro was to die for!!! Now the real best part of my trip the bakery. Where do I even begin not only was the bakery clean but they were putting out fresh desserts when I got there Eli in the bakery knows what he’s doing!!!! Not only was he putting out some of the most delicious looking gluten-free carrot cake cupcakes I’ve ever seen (I did not get any of those because there are people who can only eat gluten-free items ) But was also very knowledgeable on the majority of items in the bakery and on top of that just an overall great dude to talk to. He wore gloves to handle desserts which I loved .He sold me on the red velvet cake I mean it wasn’t even close! I don’t know what changes they have implemented, but please continue what you are doing and tell Eli I will be back for some donuts and baklava cheesecake!!!
