We went for lunch on Saturday at noon and first ones in the door. We ordered dry rub ribs a full and a half slab with sides of slaw, hella beans and potato salad. The ribs were excellent, hot and juicy not dry. The hella beans were non traditional side. They were quite spicy but very tasty. The potato salad was made with red potatoes it appeared not over powered by any one ingredient. It was a nice atmosphere and everything we tried was above expectations. We highly recommend...
It's always nice but mildly frustrating when going to Jack of Hearts, but perhaps not for the reasons you'd assume. The food is top-notch and priced around what you'd expect. The portions are healthy and the staff has always been friendly to me. The frustration comes from them never being busy. At most I've seen five other customers, which always worries me that they won't be able to keep their doors open.
Ladies and gentlemen I have to say I've been alive for some time now and this place has some of if not the best brisket ever. Friendly employees accompanied by delicious food and a clean environment how could you beat it.
