Sandwich was made correctly and tasted fine. With 5 workers I would have expected a to go order to be ready in 15 minutes, at 20 minutes they had still not started. And listening to workers complain about their shifts and issues loudly certainly distracts from the atmosphere. Used to love this place but a lack of concern and professionalism from staff will keep me from coming back.

Just had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Jayden went above and beyond—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he cares about the customer experience. Shoutout to Jayden for making a good sub even better with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Surprisingly good. It was our first time, in a charity event day. I got the turkey with provolone (which I wish I knew it was served cold) and my husband got the Mike's famous Philly. Both were plentifull and delicious. Loved the rosemary bread. We will go back.

I frequented Jersey Mike’s before moving to Spring Hill and this location sucks compared to my previous local JM. The employees aren’t efficient or friendly and the portions seem off.
I sure hope the young lady that was so disrespectful has a better day. This was the first time our order from a Jersey mikes shop was ever gotten wrong, and then we got the attitude?? Jersey mikes employees have always been friendly and kind….
Vegetarian options: We just love the vege portobello hot sub.

Great Jersey Mikes, friendly staff. The location is my beef. No fault of theirs, but the parking lot next to it is an absolute wreck. I wish this were in a different center in Columbia. Also, if there is disabled parking, I didn’t see it.
Parking: It’s on the end of the building and there’s this wide open poorly maintained area, though the spots right next to building are fine—that’s where they should have a dedicated disabled spot and ramp!
Wheelchair accessibility: Saw no ramp or disabled parking nearby.

The team at this store was phanomial. As I stepped up I was greeted and asked how could she help me. She was making orders for pick up. I was seamlessly slid into the sea of sandwiches. As I went down the line each employee was ready to wait on me with a smile. They communicated with each other to keep the sandwiches move smoothly. I received and paid for my order. I was dining alone so I watch them working. They moved to accomplish tasks not bothered with who's job it was. They did so sometimes with communication and others without. When I left they were in a completely different line order but with the same flow. They made it look easy (customer service is not). Thank you. It is refreshing go to a restaurant where the job is the customer.
