I have celiac disease. Finding places to eat out can be challenging. The staff at this Jersey Mike’s location are amazing! They ho the extra mile to ensure my meal is prepared using all the proper safety measures. They clean all the surfaces, change gloves, clean new utensils, etc. They offer a gluten free bread that actually taste good. They also have several chip selections that are gluten free AND Udis Snickerdoodle cookies that are gluten free. It’s nice to know...
Sandwich was made correctly and tasted fine. With 5 workers I would have expected a to go order to be ready in 15 minutes, at 20 minutes they had still not started. And listening to workers complain about their shifts and issues loudly certainly distracts from the atmosphere. Used to love this place but a lack of concern and professionalism from staff will keep me from coming back.
Just had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Jayden went above and beyond—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he cares about the customer experience. Shoutout to Jayden for making a good sub even better with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
