We were at Jonathan‘s last night for a birthday dinner.The food was great however the service was terribleWe were charged for drinks that were not ours, but we went ahead and paid for them because they belonged to family members. Then when our card was ran extra food that was not on our original bill was added to the check and we were overcharged by about $20-$30.Once we arrived home and realized the error, I called and spoke to the manager Samantha, who was supposed to correct the situation, but as of this morning, it still has not been corrected.Also, on top of the automatic gratuity, they have now started charging a 3% charge for running a card.We will likely never be back.

Located in the Crossings shopping center on Crossings Blvd. next to the movie theater, this restaurant has a large menu with many delicious options. Aranza was our server, and she took great care of us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very kind. On Monday evenings from 3-6 they have a few of their appetizers discounted and double beer or house wine pours from 3-7. Hubby enjoys Yeehaw Dunkel which they have on draft. We enjoyed the fried pickles which come with two sauces: ranch and horseradish. Both sauces were delicious. For our meals we had the Smash burger with bacon jam and side of fresh kettle chips and the Shrimp & Avocado Kale salad. Another one of my menu favorites that I like to eat here is the Perfect Prime sandwich-AMAZING!

I had the bison burger, which was amongst the best I've ever had. Everyone's entree was thoroughly enjoyed, and fully eaten or taken as leftovers. I even asked for sweet potato fries with Cajun seasoning and they were able to accommodate.That being said, the non-fry sides were a bit lacking. The sweet potatoes fries were not crunchy, and the sauteed spinach was without any flavor of any kind.I'd definitely still go here, as everyone certainly leaves satisfied. But I wish they'd up their "sides" game with more flavor. And the service was amazing. Our waitress was really professional and accommodating.

We LOVE Jonathan’s Spring Hill. They have the friendliest servers & the best dishes. Their happy hour is also the best in all of Spring Hill.
Had dinner with the family here. The food was great! But the service was AMAZING! Jessica was on top of things from the second we were seated. Our drinks were always filled & she was just so attentive & polite! I will definitely go back and ask for Jessica’s section!
