I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, safe, and close to shopping, dining, and major roads, which makes daily life very easy. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall environment is peaceful and friendly.
The management and maintenance teams are professional, responsive, and helpful. Any service requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear. The community amenities are well-kept, and the grounds are clean and attractive.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed apartment community.
Walden creek apartments are in close range to almost everything you need. You have countless restaurants not to mention a kroger and dollar general within walking distance. The staff and maintenance workers at walden creek apartments are very professional and work really hard to solve any problems you have. Really really love it here.
I have been living here almost 2 years… like every place that I had been before there is always situations… but for my own experience I have been able to reach out to them and resolved my apartment issues… people always talk about the bad experiences and they forgot the good ones…my building is non-smoking, and my neighbors are very friendly and respectful…
If you want not to complain about a place that you are moving in, need to live in a place that has nobody around…
Noises of kids, is normal… they are kids
Dogs they always going to bark…
And thats the life of living in an apartment complex…and in the office we have Kayla, a very sweet, caring, professional and more❤️
My family and I moved here only a couple weeks ago but we really enjoy it so far. Dana, Kayla & Lele are all kind and seem to actually care about their tenets wellbeing. I will say the dishwasher is so loud I can only run it when I’m leaving the house lol We’re in a non smoking building but I think there’s multiple people smoking weed in it because our unit just randomly starts smelling like weed out of nowhere and that’s super annoying but the management is working with us to figure that out too. In a good convenient area 👍🏼
I haved lived here for over 3 years. I love my apartment. Its nice and quiet. My neighbors are nice and polite. The manager and her staff,will go out of there way to make your stay real pleasant. The maintenance staff are the best. Thank you.
I’ve asked for a copy of my account balance in email. They immediately lock you out of the loft account so you can’t see anything online, and then refuse to respond back to anything. I’ve sent 3 follow up emails.
Denied me and took my 150. Just got a new car with a really low interest loan from the bank with my credit yet i was told my credit denied me here lol. Okie dokie.
Walden Creek is a pleasant, conveniently located community within walking distance of grocery stores, medical facilities, and restaurants. Staff is friendly, maintenance is excellent, and the grounds are well-kept, though some back areas could use more attention. Mailboxes in the bottom floor hallways add convenience. Amenities include a clean saltwater pool, a decent-sized dog park, a gym, a playground, and a peaceful walking path. Unit finishes are a bit outdated, and some appliances have had issues, but maintenance responds quickly and resolves problems efficiently. In our unit, the shower is very small (about 2.5' x 2.5'), and the drain cover doesn’t stay in place as it should, which is inconvenient. I personally wish the units were lighter inside without needing lights on during the day.
Trash disposal can be problematic at times. Once, while leaving town mid-morning, the trash compactor was missing. With no alternative disposal option available on the compound, we left our bagged trash in the enclosed area. Later, we were fined $100, which felt unfair given the lease states a container will be provided - yet none was available at that time. The fine remained in place with no resolution offered.
Another concern is the sprinkler system compressor, which activates randomly, including during the night (around 2–3 AM). It is loud and disruptive, especially since the sprinkler room is adjacent to a bedroom. These units should be discounted or the system fixed to reduce the disturbance.
Moved here in March and it’s has been great. Even when things have happened, the leasing office has been prompt in response
I am a previous resident and I can honestly say that if you can afford to live a different place you should. Which with how expensive rent is for Walden Creek you definitely can. In the year I spent here the appliances were hit and miss and the dishwasher didn't operate properly once and no matter how many maintenance requests I put in it did not get fixed. The building seems fairly old and has the landlord special about it. None of the doors or windows in my unit sealed properly so I had issues with drafts and bugs. Also the long carpet should be criminal.
Additionally the people in the office don't seem to care about any of the residents or their welfare. When it snowed and there were approximately 3 in of ice they refused to salt the pavement or the sidewalks and when I called they simply said they wouldn't salt the parking lot and lied about the sidewalks being cleared.
Long story short: live somewhere else.

Worst apartment complex. I deleted last review but they have by far crossed to many lines. Why they do move in specials because no one wants to live here. First month free then now their doing 2 months free. Quality speaks for itself
Yeah nah this apartment is not it. My family been in this apartment for more than 5 years at this point and everything was okay up until this point. We usually on 1 year lease and our lease was alway lower than new incoming lease just because we were here for a quite a while but beginning of this year we have to switch our yearly lease to 6 month because of personal reason, they say it 200$ more than our yearly lease we say okay and when the 6 month lease up we wanted to go back to our yearly lease, WE ASK on the phone very clearly both before the signing and during the signing that if we go back to our yearly lease would that 200$ be off our payment and they say YES. We trust them and sign it, and then the first new payment come, now we paying 200$ more than our previous 6 month payment ??? IT WAS ABSURD.
For context, our before 1 year lease was around 1.3k per month and the 6 month lease was 1.5k per month, our new 1 year lease now 1.7k.
I came up to the office and ask, they say they did take it off 200$ if it not our payment would be 1.9k ??? I ask how is that possible when I ask two time and you guy say it 200$ off our ORIGINAL 6 month lease pay, is 200$ off of 1.5k equal 1.7k to anyone ??? Found out they raise their rent up 400$, yeah people FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR, I ask what happened to being a long time lease here, they say oh that the rate the company give out, I ask is that the rate of newly lease too and they say yes ??? Huh? What ? and they say I sign the contract, I said you guy did not tell us the price we have to pay during the signing at all, yeah okay I did sign the contract but I sign it thinking I have their promises of 200$ of our ORIGINAL 6 months lease. And guess what, I just check their website, the same floor plan as us online they list as 1.3k -1.4K so I don’t know where they pull the 1.5k from. But imma say if you consider this apartment please don’t because clearly they don’t have respect for their long lease tenant and want to make quick money even go as far to lied to their tenant face and now we have to pay 400$ more than what was promise to us
You Deserve Better
This place is truly a zero star rating and not worth your hard earned money. I lived in this dump for three horrendous years.
The unit I occupied reeked of sewage and drugs. At night the toilets would begin to stink and cause the whole place to smell like a sewage ditch. The complex is infested with chronic marijuana smokers who make the community and your unit smell like a skunk crossing.
Walden Creeks is an extremely noisy complex with disturbances such as slamming of doors, stomping on floors, bass music blaring from units and speeding cars on the parking lot. There is loud stairwell and breezeway noise in spite of the so called quite hours that management doesn’t enforce.
This place needs to be renovated and given a modern makeover. The cabinets, the fixtures, the appliances, sinks, faucets, and the color scheme of the walls are all outdated. The bathing and shower areas are so small that they are almost not functional. The kitchen is about 2 inches X 2 inches so clutter accumulates quickly when cooking. There is not a heating or cooling vent in the walk-in closets. So whatever temperature it is outside, it is the same temperature in the closet. Good luck finding an outfit on a cold January morning.
The window treatments are cheap and flimsy so there is no curb appeal as you go through the complex. Most residents blinds are torn and/or hanging unevenly. The buildings haven’t been pressure washed in at least 2 years so many of the buildings have rust and dirt that have accumulated making the property unsightly. There are nails scattered and broken glass all over the parking lot and dog feces is covering every inch of the grass.
The management is rude, dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional and completely unconcerned about your needs. I am sure there will be a five star rating above this one talking about how great the management is. Trust me… It is a FAKE review. The managing company Gross Management (which is such a fitting name since the way they mismanage this property is “gross”) is only concerned with collecting rent. Petty things such as your safety, health, quality of life, or peaceful enjoyment are not of any subsequence to them. I strongly encourage you, if you can afford to… FIND YOU SOME WHERE ELSE TO LIVE!

Watch for fines, they’ll get you anywhere they can.They also frequently get things wrong in the leasing office, double check everything.
Place hiked up the rent close to 200 dollars with no type of improvements to the interior, exterior or the gym. Yards always have dog poop. Lastly when i called the leasing office to ask if they were going to raise the rent again the woman got upset and hung up on me. The only thing i like about the place is the living room is fairly large but the place is out of date compared to everywhere else in Spring Hill which is about the same price or maybe just a little bit more.
