I sat at the bar today, Sunday March 30th. Service was ok. When I say on is more like 1.5 to 2 star. Bar was nasty. Was still sticky from the previous person bbq. I had to use my own napkin to clean up the sticky. Then I had to use the same napkin to wipe my hands. I was not offered more napkin. I was not offer a refill on my drink. I was ignored at the bar. Bartender walked pass me several time not one time was I checked on. When I got my food. The ribs were dry and over compensated with bbq. The ribs also were not hot. Just room temp. The rest of the food was ok. Didn’t have enough ketchup the bottle was almost out. My meal with tip was $30. I should’ve gone somewhere else.

I'm not sure what happened but our steaks were all undercooked. We ordered med rare and 3 med well. They were still mooing. We're afraid to send them back.

This place has literally gone DOWN hill. I made the mistake of ordering it again tonight only bc Texas Roadhouse isn’t on door dash and what a mistake. Rolls are ice cold and the spinach dip was literally frozen! Do better!!
