Best waitress her name is Laura we ate there on Aug 28 she was great. Springs Hill Logans. We friendly and good service.
No rolls offered. Drinks empty entire meal. Waited 1 hour for food after being seated with less than 50 people in restaurant. Very understaffed. No napkins. No one checked on us.

Went the other day with a fairly large party. (8 people) Restaurant was empty. Service was awful. Waited entirely too long just for rolls. (We finally got them when our salads came). The table near us with a different server-came in after us. They managed to get their drinks, rolls, entrees and dessert-and checked out before we even got our appetizer. Asked the waitress about how the free appetizer Monday worked- she had no idea. The steaks were cooked well. The mushroom burger was missing mushrooms. Waitress said she didn’t know the kitchen was out of them. Never offered a soda refill, nor did she bring more rolls. One person finally went to the bar to inquire about the checks. Still took the waitress another 8 min to bring them.
All in all- we probably won’t return again just due to the mediocre service. B

Understaffed. Won’t be long until this is something else.
Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Logan’s. Service was nonexistent and the place was empty. You would think that with the place being empty you would get better service. The waitstaff and kitchen staff stood by the bar complaining about other employees the entire time I sat at the bar and ate my food. I ordered a Cesar salad and was handed a regular side salad and told that the kitchen doesn’t have romaine so this is what you get. The steak was not the quality you’d expect from this place. Overall it’s obvious why it’s so dead in this place at 6:30pm

Worst experience ever.my wife's shrimp was like rubber she. Couldn't even eat it.i ordered 12 Oz ribeye with a sweet potato when it came out it was a regular baked potato water said oh were out of sweet potatoes so we just gave you a baked potato never asked if I wanted something else.will not go back I knew we should have went to Texas road house better service and food much better place to eat.
Worst Logan’s I have been to. Service was non existent. My daughter’s food was cold, my rice had a bunch of pieces of raw rice in it which I would have told them if anyone ever came to check on us but we didn’t get any service. The water tasted weird and had a bad aftertaste, makes you wonder how long it has been since they have cleaned the machines. All of the employees were standing in the back talking. We had to stand up by our table for 5 minutes trying to get their attention just to get our bill.

if I could leave no star I would. when I asked for the price of my margarita, she told me she didn't know until it was on the bill. Also she did not ID me until after she put the drink on the table and walked away. Then she came back before I took my first sip and for my ID then when she was handing my ID back she dropped it into my drink and proceeded to take it out with her own hand and did not seem to know what to do with it so I took it out of her hand and wiped it off myself and put it back in my wallet and she walks away did not offer to replace the drink after having her hands and my ID in it. My French onion soup tasted very sweet as if it had sugar all in it. I believe it may have been the croutons in it, but then my sirloin had to have been the poorest quality of meat I've ever had. When I order a steak, I never leave one bite on my plate. I left more than half of the steak on my plate. My son-in-law ordered a steak as well and ordered it medium well and they brought it very well done sent it back and they sent it back to him raw. The server offered to take the steak off of the and when she came us that the manager took the stake off the bill, but sure to charge him for the side baked potato because he had eaten it. I feel like that should have been just given to him for the inconvenience of not having any food to eat because of and then, as we are looking over the the server continued to just look over us. My daughter went to pay and because I had ordered an alcoholic beverage, she could not allow her to pay without checking her ID which my daughter did not have an alcoholic drink and had left her ID in the car. So instead of letting her run out to the car to get her ID I had to go ahead and pay. I will chalk this up to one of the top five worst experiences I've had in a restaurant for sure I do not recommend.
Scotty was the absolute best! The food was amazing!
