Was kinda disappointed with this location. Food wasn't too great and for some reason, you had to ask for everything, down to crackers, condiments and silverware. Most locations have condiments, crackers and silverware out for their customers.

Food wasn't hot. My spud potato didn't even melt the butter. French dip and kids pizza were so basic without much flavor. Maybe ya'll need a new cook. It was at opening hours so should of been atleast hot.

Did an online order through the app and was able to save 20%. Bonus! Order was ready on time. For a $12 salad, the portions are average. I remember when McAlister’s salads were HUGE! Tasty, as expected. Nothing fancy, but I wasn’t expecting that.

Dear McAllister’s, we have sincerely enjoyed your food in the past. However, tonight was a disappointment. The chicken seemed like very processed chicken or rubbery, I’m honestly not even certain what the right word for it would be. It just wasn’t anywhere near the normal quality of grilled chicken that we typically get from you on your otherwise great spuds. Whatever was going on with the chicken really ruined the spud meal.

This McAlister's location redeemed themselves today. The last time we came here we were not satisfied with our meals. The store manager ended up making it right with us. We came in today and had a great meal. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they gave us the portions we come to expect at McAlister's today. Check out the salad pictures. Sweet tea, as always was spot on. They never miss on that! We will continue to come back again to this location after todays great meal.

Ordered 3 baked potatoes 15 a piece. All three potatoes were at least three days old. Cold hard and discolored with age. Inedible waste of fifty dollars. Ordered at 5 pm so it wasn’t even off hours.

My wife got a salad that looked amazing, my beef sandwich was half bead with no beef, but the part I had was really good.

Got a pick up order tonight like I have on several occasions. My wife loves the Reuben sandwich and was very disappointed when she opened the wrapper. Small, not much meat and a very small amount of sauerkraut if any. Maybe they’re cutting costs, or maybe just an off night. $33 for a couple of sandwiches that look like they could have come from Mac Donald’s was pretty disappointing. Not sure when or if we’ll give it another shot.

The food is always good at any McAlister but I froze to death while eating. If I pay $38 for 2 sandwiches, chips, and drink I would at least like to do so in comfort. Also the girl up front made me feeled rushed to get out at 8:20 pm. We will stick with a different location next time I want sandwiches.
