Don’t understand why I’m the only person in the line and I’m being asked to pull up and they’ll bring it out to me. This happens every time I’m here. They’re clearing the orders to make it seem like they’re meeting a quota and it’s annoying.

I went to the drive-thru at this location. There was no other car at the drive-thru. I was asked to pull up and wait for my food. I asked can I just stay here because there's nobody in line behind me. She rolled her eyes in disgust and said sure and walked away it was as though I had just made the worst offensive statement ever I think they've lost sight of who the customer is
I asked for my meal to be “cooked to order” but instead I got cold old nuggets and hard fries

Had a quarter pounder meal with cheese and a four piece chicken. Nugget was made to wait 15 minutes. The food was cold. Staff was rude. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’a to anyone !
