Drive through has issues counting cash. It's annoying that this business asks to round up with no explanation of what its for. Orders are never correct. Ask for a medium drink and get a large. Coffee has never come with cream/sugar even if I ask.

It's McDonald's. I'm rating this as compared to other McDonald's. The staff is very friendly and fast. The food is cooked correctly. The owner will even decorate the windows for various holidays. This is a good McDonald's.

I hate to be Petty because I know it's their lunch rush. I ordered the number one with an extra Big Mac for my coworker. I was handed the wrong order which was a number one extra pickle. I guess it's my fault for not double-checking before I walked out. So no Big Mac for me today LOL. My coworker said that they put the Mac sauce on the wrong side of the bun so it busted through on his fingers. I tried to call and it just rang off the hook, again it's through rush hour, so their manager is probably floating around doing a whole bunch of stuff right now. Got to take that in with a grain of salt. Other than that, typical McDonald's. It is clean inside. Looks good.

Hey management I am serious when I say this, Morgan has what it takes to lead with excellence and provide second mile service! My wife and I have 6 kids, and she went the extra mile to get us drinks and tend to us, in addition to being on a headset, in addition to have a great attitude! This kind of service is what makes a McDonalds stand out from the rest!
Whatever you do, definitely make sure Morgan sees this and is appreciated!

They charge you money for tap water, even after you have bought $20 worth of food. Absolutely ridiculous, this location has gone downhill fast. Other Spring Hill and Columbia locations do NOT charge for water. Be wary, there are crooks running this mcdonalds.
This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s ran by a bunch of incompetent high schoolers. Handling food without gloves shaking each other’s hands making people’s food. The management should be aware and responsible for their employees. I waited 20 minutes for food: medium frappe, large fry, and 2 apple pies, which I never got. The reason I never got the food is because I asked for a refund, in which they even messed that up!

I went to get breakfast, and they messed up my order of 1 big breakfast by excluding a hashbrown as well as not putting in utensils or syrup for my hotcakes. When I called to see what they would do to remedy the situation, the persons attitude was very offensive. Would not recommend it at all. Stay away from this place

If you want anything besides black coffee do not visit this location. Went for the first time in over a year and was informed at the drive thru after mobile ordering that, as per usual, the McCafe machine is not working. Ice cream and coffee machines seem to be crippling this establishment and I for one will be paying money elsewhere rather than being disappointed every single time. The Hispanic worker at the first window is also extremely rude and unprofessional and needs some coaching on how customer service in America works.

Went to this location after work at 10:40p.m ordered a double filet and fries. Drove off took a bite of my sandwich ? tried the fries ? Filet was chewing, cheese hard and the fries were cold tasted like old grease.
