Had a quarter pounder meal with cheese and a four piece chicken. Nugget was made to wait 15 minutes. The food was cold. Staff was rude. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’a to anyone !

Waited over 35 minutes in the lobby for a DD order..they only ordered 3 things. The teenagers in there were complaining the entire time and we even saw them drop fries on a counter in there and then slide them back into the basket with their bare hands.. so unsanitary.

I’ve been going here for a year and I have had issues with it the past year. The teens that work there are lazy I had one kid give me the wrong size and when I told him he switched it to a large put the soda from the wrong size and put more ice in it so now I ask for no ice. Now today they have done pissed me off. I’m a mom of two now so when I do have the lil money to spend on myself now I like to get a small meal I just got a drink and a cheeseburger who can mess that up. They gave me a cold bun with cheese ketchup and pickles. Like what in the world. When I called she was having a side conversation while I’m complaining and just tells me to come in and get a new one and I wasn’t sure cuz I don’t have my receipt and she was like yeah yeah come in when you can and I said ok then and she’s says with some sassss “BYYEEEEeeee” this McDonald’s is right up the street from me and ill be going to port royal cuz at least they make it worth eating. The food is always off here , they are sassy and rude and don’t care about there jobs. Don’t work at McDonald’s if you can’t do the simplest things as adding a burger in a bun. I also do have video proof as well.

This McDonald's used to be the best. But now every time I go my order is messed up. Also the food just doesn't taste good anymore. I know McDonald's has gotten worse since I was a kid but honestly it's nearly inedible. The tea is alright though.

For the last several mornings, I have been coming through the drive through right at 6am when they open. First car in line and first customer of the day. I always get one thing and that is a large mocha coffee. Every time, that I order it and pay for it they tell me to pull up to the line where I have to wait another ten minutes in my car before they bring it out to me. I am just wanting to know why it takes me pulling up and having to wait ten minutes in my car for you to make a large mocha hot coffee? Starbucks does much better than that. I don't have to pull up to a line and wait. They already have it waiting on me by the time I get to their window. The difference is McDonalds is cheaper than Starbucks, so I guess you get what you pay for. I think customer service has gone downhill over the years with McDonalds.
