Terrible service. Won’t be coming back. They refuse to give you sauce unless you give them money. It’s ridiculous to buy meals and then have to give them more money for sauce. The younger lady with light brown hair working the drive thru on 1/13/25 was rude and probably shouldn’t work in the customer service field. She was difficult to talk too and just plain rude!

I wish there was a zero star option. I have not received this poor of service in a very long time. In fact the last time I had this poor of service I haven't visited any of the establishments for 25+ years. I have been here twice, once drive through and once inside. Today I went inside and had a worker walk by and look at me 5 times just moping around not doing anything. Finally his manager walks by and tells him to help me. He comes to the register and does not say a single word to me. Then when I'm done ordering he mumbles something, I had to ask him what he says and he mumbles again. I wanted to slap the marbles out of his mouth. Then he just moped away and slowly got my order together. Handed me my food and once again didn't say a word. I will Never be back here again.

At 9:40pm, they claim they were not doing those type of drinks at this time. Every time I come to this location, they're never available.

Worst McDonald’s location in Spring Hill, and it’s probably because it’s ran by children. Tables are never clean and workers act like they don’t know what’s going on. Waited 15 minutes for a mocha, and they still didn’t make that right. It’s just coffee.

Won't be back to this McDonalds. Lack of menu items and staff not so friendly. Two bucks for an ice water was the last straw. Go to Chick Fil A instead

Would rate lower, if google would allow. Have had many poor experiences at this specific restaurant, typically around not getting what I ordered, poor customer service, one time I even got a big Mac with no meat when I asked for and paid for double meat. The straw that broke the camel’s back was that I ordered using app in drive thru and app glitched upon payment so had to order at drive thru. When I got to the window, I noticed that they had charged my credit card from the app so went inside to ensure we didn’t have double orders. Shift leader said if I didn’t give her the ‘code’ from the app, the app charge would fall off so we proceeded with drive thru order. Fast-forward 3 days, charge for app order still active with my bank. Tried to contact corporate McDonald’s through app, but it directed me back to local restaurant. Went back to local restaurant and shift leader said she couldn’t do anything since it wasn’t same day and said I must’ve picked it up since it went through. Told me to call ‘owners’ and gave me their number. When I called them, I left a message on their answering service. Come to find out they’re only open four days a week and for limited hours. It’s been over a week and I have not had a return call. Essentially they have stolen $27 from me as I did not pick up my order and they got $27. There is no accountability for poor app service, poor food service, or poor customer service. Not sure how long the restaurant can continue with this type of leadership. I will be pursuing filing with the Better Business Bureau.

If I could provide zero stars I would. This McDonald’s was the dirtiest restaurant I’ve visited. Every table was dirty, food was all over the floor and the seats were also dirty. Looking into the kitchen area the word that comes to mind is filth. Just as dirty as the dining room. When the food came out one of sandwich buns had melted plastic on it and when I brought it to the counter the person I spoke with argued with me. And they got the toy wrong in the happy meal. This McDonald’s has been going downhill for a while. Will never go back. Spare yourself and go to another one.
