Got a to go large ..... Drink was good, but small fries. Went through drive through to save time on way to work, but had to park, go inside, and correct my order. Messing up my order here in drive through has happened more than 3x already. Not planning on returning here anymore.

Very rude employees working drive thru. I watched as my order was handed to the person in front of me , then handed back into the window as it was not the persons order. When I asked for the food to be remade because of a random person opening the bag and food I was refused. The way the employees behave is unacceptable for a customer service based job

Awful drive thru. You will wait forever. 8 pm on a Wednesday took 20 min. Unfortunately I was hemmed in and couldn’t get out of the line. Has happened multiple times so not a one off.

Last 3 visits my order was correct so i gave more stars
Every time I go, no matter what I order, I’m asked to pull to the next window or to a reserved spot to wait for my food. They never apologize for the wait and the food is ALWAYS wrong. I asked for no cheese and waited 10 minutes and still had cheese on my burger. Also ordered a two cheeseburger meal and got chicken nuggets.

Went through the drive thru this morning for breakfast with my fiancé. His food turned out good, but I had ordered a Chicken McGriddle with cheese. I went to open the McGriddle and there was no cheese on it and went to take a bite to eat and realized there was a black hair on the top bun.
