Friendly quick service

Friendly staff at this particular location. Guy at the counter saved me a dollar by charging me differently than I requested it. Always smiley folks working.

Quick service but man this store is gross. I went when it first opened: hand prints all over the windows, the splash guard glass has food all over it, the salsa bar area had remnants on the backsplash area, the floors and mats had debris on them. They do not hold themselves to a high standard to what the customer sees. I don’t wanna know what the kitchen looks like.

Wanted to treat our daughter and granddaughter to lunch and what a joke! The most depressed, unfriendly employees I've ever seen! Then, to make matters worse, it was over $43 for 2 kids meals and 2 adult meals (except one of them wasn't a meal because we brought water). Just a complete gouging. Add dirty tables and food that looked like this?? We threw our food away. The manager refunded one of the meals, but all the rest went in the trash. Never ever again!

I was coming one day to get my weekly double queso burrito and this girl, I think she goes by J’ylyn, was extremely rude to me and my family, I came in expecting a good time not, not to come into a place with a bad mood.

These guys are fantastic. The catering manager (I think her name is Carly) is unbelievably kind and professional. I just had to cancel a catering order and she handled the cancelation with such grace.

We chose them because we love the food. This type of service was unexpected and very impressive.

We will support this restaurant and their other middle Tennessee stores many times over!

Today your chips were lacking. We are normally happy to get your chips and queso… like it’s one of our five food groups. However, today, this chips are over done. Not what we had in mind for our Halloween dinner. The service was good and with a smile, but next time, don’t cover up the over done chips with smiles and good customer service.

Very sad to walk in and see only 3 people eating and floor debris, table debris(we cleaned the easiest one) and a plain nasty looking salsa/condiment area with no forks or cup lids without asking and dried up salsa remains scattered around the top area...this is normally our trusted "go to" for the area but the 5 young dudes here tonight weren't breaking up their chatter. Sad to see such a mess with no more busy. Steak bowl that i got was "meh", cold and they were out of lots of their add ins like peppers/onions and even lettuce, corn and mushrooms as well. Dried and crusty chicken for my wife's chicken bowl just went with everything else.The whole prep area looked as bad as the dining room...Sorry Spring Hill Moes...you failed on Sunday night supper.

Every time we eat here we get great portions with the Homewrecker Bowl & good service. We always eat inside & get drink refills & such. Having tried all of the faster 'Mexican' food options in the area, this is the best. They have better ingredient variety & seasoning than anywhere we've tried.
