O'Charley’s Restaurant & Bar

This is a pretty typical O'Charley's restaurant. The wait staff are always friendly and polite. The food is hot and fresh every time we've visited this location. The store is always clean, well lit and easy to notice from the highway. I would recommend this location if you are in the area.

This place was the worst! My husband and I moved to Tennessee a few days ago, so my family and I decided to give this place a try! By family...I mean my sister, brother in law, nieces, nephews! There were a total of 9 of us and were seated right away... the waiter took our drink orders, and it took a while to get the drinks to us. He forgot mine and my husbands drink and didn't even notice until he started taking our food orders! That's when the really bad service got even worse!!! It took them about an hour to get our food out, then got my husband's order completely wrong, then they forgot mine and left it sitting on the counter to get cold! The waiter seen that the others had their food and was almost finished with their dinner when he decided to go get mine! There were 2 waiters switching off the entire time so there was absolutely no excuse why we were treated like that! It was also 2 of my family member's birthdays, which was ruined, and the food was awful... the portions were made for toddlers and there was no taste to the food! None of us will never be back there again!!!...!!!

Great Place to eat, Very comfortable, Good Food and Helpful and Friendly Staff. I am from Ohio but when I return this will be one our first visits. Thank You For Your Kind Service.

Not sure what's up with all of the negative reviews? My family and I went and everything was tasty and the service was great.

My family and I experienced some miscommunication here at O'Charley's. But the Manager, Andree, took the time to make sure our dinner was perfect. Not only for the goodness of her restaurant, but to do good for others. There are good people in this world. 😁

Took forever, had to ask for my brother's food. He got it after everyone was finished and it was cold. They then took forever to bring out the bill so we could get out of there.

Disappointed there wasn't any kind of celebration on Saint Patrick's Day, not even the green beer. The margaritas tasted more like frozen lemonade ( no alcohol at all). For our surprise, though, the food was excellent.

Went for brunch this morning. There were two other tables seated in the whole restaurant. It took 10 minutes to get our tea and coffee. Food was fine. Service was slow, and we were charged for toast that we didn't get. Far better places to go for brunch.

We had an awful experience with this Restaurant. The waiter Brady had to be tracked down by other waitresses, just to get refills on our drinks. We were the 3rd table that night that this happened too. Same waiter. I ordered an appetizer for my supper and I ask for add-ons 1 of each item. They gave me the smallest piece they could find. I still got charged the same price for a full size piece of chicken. This was the add-on chicken. All in all just a terrible experience. I think I'll just stick to the one in Columbia from now on.
