Today (3/2/25) I ordered chicken scampi. Usually the chicken is on top of the pasta, but these were buried. After digging them out, I saw the chicken was unusually white. After cutting into it, the inside was RAW. Pink, raw. Our waitress apologized and said a manager would be over. A manager never came over. I had to order something else, and that was subpar. Nothing was comped, no one came over, NOTHING. I even let the waitress know that I was filling out a survey on the table kiosk, and leaving a negative review, due to no one following up. Had I not checked, this meal would have sent me to the ER. This was unacceptable. Don’t eat here.

An ok experience over all. Their sauces are the stars of the entrees, but they continually persist at being stingy with them. It detracts from their fullness. Even when paying for extra sauce, you get maybe a quarter of a cup in a tiny saucer...exasperating and unfortunate.

Worst service ever. Food was cold, obviously sat in kitchen instead of being brought out to table. Waitress disappeared for 30 minutes while we waited for food.
Chicken Gnocchi soup - only had 2 pieces of Gnocchi.

Ordered 3 take out entrees and an extra six breadsticks with my meals. When my husband got home with the food, they had left out the extra bread I ordered, and when I called about it they put me on hold for 20 minutes, got my name and email and never got back to me. Besides that, the food was decent. Salad was wilted but tasted fine.

Horrible food. No flavor or seasonings. Tastes like dumped out of a can and throw in a microwave

Ordered a $6 entree to take home and our waitress let us know that someone will come around and check to make sure I’m not eating it at the table. Not really a fan of being watched/policed while I eat? Also got charged $9 for eating some of my husbands salad that came with his food. ALSO got charged for “table games” on the tablet that we did not touch one single time.
This place has seriously gone downhill.

We celebrated veterans Day here! We enjoy coming here every year because they honor my husband a 28-year US ARMY veteran and all the other veterans across the nation. We love Olive Garden. The food is so yummy and freshly made. We have plenty of leftovers. I highly recommend their chicken stuffed tortellini pasta. It is my favorite thing on the menu! My portion was so large I made four meals out of it. Great staff, attention to detail, the restaurant is clean always, and we only waited about 2 minutes to be seated.
