I stopped to buy Panda Express on my way home tonight, and I have to say I am extremely pleased. The food was fresh and Tony is an amazing guy, extremely nice and cooked my Beijing beef fresh in the wok even though they were close to closing. I highly recommend, I wish every person was this friendly and accommodating and I greatly appreciate him taking the time to fresh prepare the food for me this close to closing. Good food and great customer service. I will be back.. Thanks Tony, you are Very much appreciated!

First off,I was in the Restaurant industry for nearly 15 years,mostly in Management,and I try to write mostly positive reviews. It seems every time I come here there's always an issue,either waiting for a long period,out of something,miscommunication,forgot to include certain items for my order or bad food Qaulity,I have ate here roughly once or twice a month for the last couple years and there's always something,its also crazy to wait for 2 different entrees during the first hour of being open,definitely should have the steam table filled the first few hours of being open,not to mention there was barely anyone in the parking lot and Noone in the drive thru,yet it took 15 minutes to even get someone to take my order (with little to no customers in sight),this same scenariohas happened atleast 6 or 7 times,I highly doubt I'll be back to this location,ive been very patient and its just not working,one positive detail is that everyone is usually friendly,just lacking on everything else.

I took a 17 minute drive south to get to Panda-Spring Hill at opening. The website said they opened at 9:30. I arrived at 9:45. I ordered a two item plate of teriyaki chicken, chow mein and white rice. They said it is “made to order” in the morning and they only had two items available. It was going to be a 20 minute wait for my son’s birthday lunch. I couldn’t wait. So disappointed!! Either you open at 9:30 or you don’t! I don’t understand what made to order is. Ridiculous. This should be clarified on the website.

Okay—now that I have your attention 😄 There is a young gentleman working the drive-through cash register who absolutely deserves a raise.
He asked about my pup, was incredibly kind, personable, and made the entire experience genuinely memorable. This wasn’t a one-time thing either—I’ve had him help me on multiple, completely different occasions, and every time he is consistently warm, positive, and engaging. I actually recognize him now because of how kind he always is.
Customer service like that is rare. He brings such a positive energy and truly seems like a great person through and through. Employees like him make people want to come back.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to check his name tag because we were having such a good conversation—but he was working the drive-through around 4:30 PM on December 13, 2025.
I really hope this message reaches the right people. Please recognize him—he is doing an amazing job and deserves to be acknowledged (and rewarded!). Thank you!

We travel around a lot. We often stop at panda, they are clean and there is real food at a decent price. They are often just ok. This is the best one we've been to in years. The last really good one was in NYC. I highly recommend this location. We went on Wednesday October 29, noon, cooks change. They need a raise, the technique is the difference, the sauce and flavors are all pre packaged.
