The chowmein is always cold and so dry, is this a corporate store. They need a review if so.

The food is typical panda but this location consistently has the worst customer service I’ve encountered. I work across the street and have had multiple different issues with multiple different workers here. I usually don’t comment but would love it if management could coach on what customer service looks like.

They don't follow recipe. How can I tell? I worked at Panda before as a GM.
- White rice is not cooked well, it is still grainy!
- Chow mei for sure does not get the right basic sauce measurement, so bland!
- Always missing an entree, like the string bean chicken breast.
- Service okay, but not the best, not vibrant.
- A/C too COLD or it's too HOT!
DO BETTER! Where is the inspiring better lives here?!

Before I order I asked hold the honey sesame was was told it was fresh even I told him it didn’t look like I wanted it fresh got to my car took a bite before I left the parking lot food was chew and rubber and old like I said and idle if it’s the language barrier but I don’t know how to ask for fresh food other then way I said it! You can’t be serving customers shelf expired food you can make someone sick

I visit this location often and the staff are always fast, the food is fresh, and the dining room is (usually) clean. If I had one request it would be for the staff to make more frequent passes wiping down tables and sweeping the dining room floor.
The parking lot needs more cleaning too. I keep seeing garbage out there; old cups, cigarette butts, and even an old diaper...

So, I placed a mobile order and forgot to make it a delayed pick up ??♀️ I immediately called and the manager was super helpful about changing my pickup time so the food would be fresh when I got there an hour later. I eat lunch at this location often and the staff has always been nice and accommodating. Food is good too ?
I’ve looked at the other reviews and have to say that I’ve never found anything in my food that should not be there.

I picked up dinner here tonight. Normally there are no problems. But I sucked up something hard in my drink and when I poured it out, there was a bunch of black stuff in it.

I've lived in TN Spring Hill for about a year and a half, over the course of a year and a half I've been to this panda express a total of around 15 times.
5 of those times they've had rice. The other times they are always out of rice, so much so that when my wife and I want to eat here, we make rice at home, and then go pick up our food because they are always out.
Ontop of that, the window or just general staff that I interact with, are very annoyed (probably due to having to deal with a constant flood of disappointed customers throughout their shift) and lash out on me just about everytime I go through, and have a negative attitude...
I'm leaving this comment and review here in hopes management will see it, and start properly planning days to have rice so the staff and customers don't get annoyed.
Today we came through drive thru at 6:15... and guess what... out of alllll rice options.
