Trash, trash, trash. Not this location specifically, but all Panda Expresses collectively are trash, this location just reaffirmed that Panda Express is trash as a whole. Worst Chinese food out there without a doubt. This is only my 3rd time attempting to scarf their food down cause I was in a hurry and needed something to quick and it’s just bleh. No flavor. Customer service was great though!

Stood in line for 15 minutes (with 1 person ahead) and watched plate after plate from the drive through filled just to watch them run out of white rice at 6:00. I’ve tried this location multiple times in the evening and they consistently run out of white rice, poorly managed in the evening.

This location is very hit or miss, but we are fairly understanding for the most part and choose to purchase food here regularly for the convenience plus cuisine type.Tonight was the worst experience we’ve had so far. Broccoli Beef bowl with only broccoli and a tiny piece of meat that just so happened to hitch a ride on the serving spoon.The level of quality and care that the staff puts into ensuring that this business stays open is questionable at this point.Called them about this issue immediately and Melanie had the nerve to say “for future reference, our beef and broccoli comes with 70% broccoli” implying that I’m lying about the quality. As if that makes 100% broccoli acceptable? She claims that we’ll be refunded, but that’s beside the point after that little comment she made.

This is my favorite Panda Express. They were very busy tonight, and Jenna was kind and efficient. She went from taking drive-thru orders to making online orders and helping out dine-in customers. She was a rock star! She was very kind and has excellent communication.

Ok I hate bad reviews and the service and food was good. For that Im giving 5 stars but ,paid 12.62 for a small box of shrimp no drink no side nothing extra 12.62 ? I Work next door and would Love to eat here more often but for lunch to expensive!
