50% chance the order is wrong. Ordered Mediterranean Greens with Grains and guess what... NO GRAINS! Just a sad salad.

Maybe if the guy putting orders together behind the counter would quit yacking it up wirh the girl next to him and stop talking about other people's physical attributes long enough, he could focus on his job and orders would be put together correctly, along with name called out to notify when complete. Bad look, Panera. Every customer up there heard what he was saying.

Very friendly staff, quick order fulfillment, and clean restaurant. This location is conveniently located to a nearby hotel, and shopping locations.

Staff in drive thru seemed annoyed that I was there. Food was good and consistent with tje brand. The customer experience was more on brand with Popeyes this morning.

Everything is great as always, one thing for sure is why they don't have any umbrellas in the outside seating?

It would be nice if the chicken and wild rice soup had chicken in it. The last 3 times i have tried it there wasnt any chicken. For the price they charge it is disappointing. Bring back the bag sandwich it is the best thing panera has had in a long time.
Children should not be put in management positions. I'll keep the choice words I have to myself. Stay clear of this location
What a horrible service! My husband and I order a couple of beagles and waited for over 5 minutes standing at the front waiting to be called. The cashier worker saw us waiting and never told us the order was ready to pick up in the back 😒
Plus now you have to pay $1.70 for the cream cheese which is crazy since it's almost the same price as the beagle we got!!!
Now I get why this location has 3.8 stars
Really expensive for what you get. This was the my first visit in a while and I remember why.

Asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese is a game changer!
I love that they have good vegetarian options. The mediterranean sandwich is one of my favorite options, and the blueberry lemonade is 👌🏼
Terrible, terrible, terrible service. It's all been said before, not worth any more of my time. Read the other 1 star reviews.
