Located in the Crossings shopping center on Crossings Blvd. in Spring Hill, this restaurant is clean and provides kind service. Our meals were prepared in less than five minutes from the time we ordered. We had the Toasted Italiano sandwich and Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains salad. Both were tasty. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program with a phone number to earn free rewards. The rest of this review is more towards the company as a whole. I don’t like that we’re asked to tip when we have to go get our own food at the counter. It’s also extremely disruptive to have the vibrating buzzers going off throughout the restaurant to announce a meal is ready. We’re trying to eat a calm meal after a long day of work. Buzzers continually going off in a VERY loud way is not enjoyable.

I went to the drive thru and got 2 half and soup and a lemonade. I was give a receipt that only showed the order and the total price, not each meal separately..I didn't appreciate the service

I was surprised to see such a low rating. I've eaten there several times and the food is always fresh and tastes good. The people are nice and the store is clean. I always get a whole salad that is heavily modified due to allergies and they get it right every time.

Staff were friendly, restaurant and bathrooms were clean, food was fresh and hot. $40 for 2 adult entrees, one kid entree, 1 adult beverage, and a kids milk.

every time i come here they mess something up and this time they gonna tell me over the headset their gonna charge a mac and cheese bread bowl as a soup bowl so it’s cheaper for me than forget the hole other mac and cheese that she wanted to “make the order cheaper for” than when i come through the drive through to say something they make me pay 11 more dollars on top of already having to pay for them?? like what where da managers at

I had my girlfriend get me a sandwich from Panera Bread for lunch today and it is, hands down, the worst sandwich I have ever had! It's all bread and basically nothing else. It was supposed to be Pepperoni and chicken. But all i got was cheese and a few pepperonis. I will never spend a single cent at this place ever again. It's literally the saddest thing I have ever seen.

Not sure why but my son and I’ve gotten ill from the drinks at the Crossings location. The charged lemonades were sometimes warm not cold. They are behind the counter now. The Iced Coffee nearly had me going to the hospital with stomach pain. Sorry. Franklin store is much nicer.

We have the worst Panera. Just spent $14 on a half salad and soda that I couldn’t eat or drink. The Dr.Pepper was basically club soda and the salad was RIPE. Nothing fresh in there and they didn’t even put the correct ingredients in it. After working at Panera in college I can confidently say it’s not that hard and to change out the soda. It’s too expensive for you to continually get inedible food.

Panera are all cookie cutter stores with no originality amongst them. If you have seen one, you have seen them all. Only difference is the staff. Take your pick, blue hair, green hair, clean cut, long hair, nice attitude, thinks their from California. But hey, at least there's options.

I ordered 3 duets and the fact that you cannot even leave onions off of the duet value combos makes no sense. Panera Breads corporate policy on this is total non sense. Why even offer these meals with this policy...what if I was allergic to feta cheese? You can't even leave it off or put it on the side? Total nonsense.

Love this place. The management has been very helpful with some catering.

How do they get away with charging so much for so little food and such terrible quality? Long wait times and order is always wrong. 0 stars if I
