Delivery arrived an hour after it's ETA. All food was cold. One pizza was missing a topping that was ordered. Bread sticks were not even cut. I don't know how a branch can mess up every step of a $30 order this bad.

Let’s be Honest

I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it. The two pizzas tasted like frozen pizzas. Worst pizza I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. Bacon cheddar sticks were great.

I've been ordering and picking up pizza at this location for 2 years. Pizza has always been ready when promised (usually 15 minutes after ordering), toppings correct and cooked perfectly. Staff is pleasant.

I've always had a good experience with this location. 2 days ago, I placed an online order for 2 large original pan pizzas and requested it to be ready at 6:00. I arrived 10 minutes early and was 3rd in line at the window. The first car took about 5 minutes, the second car was quick. The young man at the window told me he appreciated my patience as they were short staffed, my pizza wasn't ready yet. I told him, no problem, it wasn't even 6:00 yet and l didn't mind waiting, I was early anyway . A car pulled up behind me so I drove away from the window and got back in line behind it. They quickly received their order and I was back at the window. My pizza was now ready and I was on my way by 6:05.

I had ordered a supreme pizza, no beef. The other pizza was mushrooms on the whole pizza with half ham and the other half pepperoni and green peppers. They were both prepared correctly and they looked and tasted great.

Polite, friendly staff preparing my picky order correctly and on time, while being short handed (Thursday, June 12th). Thank you.

I ordered two personal pan pizzas for carry out. The pizza is fine but the boxes are soaked. It's like they poured a bottle of water on the boxes!

App said delivered, but I had no pizza. I call store to inquire, he said app is wrong and don’t pay attention to it. I’m thinking driver delivered to wrong house and after store called him he picked it up from wrong house and delivers me shifted pizza that’s been thrown around at two house. Drivers lost and store clerks lying for him. This stores always been crappy.

Food tasted good but someone either dropped or held the boxes sideways. Didn’t really want to have to build my own pizza. Mistakes happen but someone should have checked if something had happened to it :/

We ordered from this location on 10/8. The pizzas arrived smashed, they had obviously slid off the seat in the car. I called and informed the staff and they said all they could do was send another one, but it was too little too late.

I called a few days later and spoke to a manager who told me that not only would I receive a complete refund, but a credit for the same amount would be added to my account.

I never received a refund. I called today to order pizza and was told I have no credit on my account.

I won't order from here again.

I order my pizza online for pick up and once I arrived, Carolyn was extremely rude informing me that I was 12 minutes early. I kindly responded with it’s okay, I just wanted to pay. I waited for my pizza. When I got it the order was wrong. Even though the store didn’t close for another hour, the doors was locked. I had to call, when Carolyn answered the phone she was extremely irritated that I wanted my order remade because I paid for extra toppings and she said that corporate doesn’t allow extra toppings but I was charged for extra toppings. I called the store phone again only to be hung up on twice. I called corporate and the lady instructed me to honk the horn again because she should come. She didn’t until I banged on the window. Opened it. Refused my refund and told me i was not getting a refund. Once I got I told her to refund me she then told me no she was making another pizza. She wanted to argue so that’s what happened she slammed the window shut and opened the window and threw my receipt at me. My advice find a different location because Carolyn is not who you want serving you. She even instructed the young man not to answer the phone. Keith lane will be meeting me tomorrow and I will be filing a police report.
