Food is good and hit the spot, and the unlimited fries were a bonus. Good music, and chill background, Nice environment for us sit and talk. But I have to say hands down... The star of the show was our awesome server Rockstar Blake! ... Highly recommended and will be back soon!👍

Went tonight and had the pleasure of meeting Blake. He was an amazing server and went above and beyond. If you go to this location ask to sit in Blake’s section.

Wow, RR at least this specific location is crap. Been to RR dozens of times over the past 20 years and truely this was the worst food & service, way way below thier normal standard.

Overall, a good experience. I hadn’t been to a Red Robin in many years. Only negative was that they seemed to run out of several things that we asked for, but it wasn’t a big deal. I had 3 kids with me under 12 and they all enjoyed it.

literally impossible to even be greeted. 3 times now I've tried to eat here and every time i waited over 15 minutes and legit had to walk out. other people around me had to do the same. even doordashers can't get their food. this has been an issue for years too. get it together or just shut down cause what's the point of a restaurant that won't serve people.

After putting in our order, including our allergy son’s item, we waited over 40 minutes. The server did not return for refills or to let us know they could not accommodate our needs. Then, finally a manager came over and explained that the old GM is the one who allowed our son’s burger to be safely cooked on foil and they could no longer do that. I wanted to leave, but they had made all our other food. We asked them to pack it up. The manager did take off 1 of our food items and attempted to give us 3 appetizer cards. However, this is not the first time the customer service has been terrible with excessive wait times, so we will not be returning. Our server should have come back to check on us. There were many open tables and the parking lot was fairly empty. 40 minutes for food is a lot (with no drink refills or even a basket of fries brought to the table) when it isn’t busy. I know sometimes there is a staff shortage, but even the manager should have come out after we ordered. They had time to make the other food, knowing they could not accommodate food allergy order. After the manager brought out order packed to go, the server finally showed up and said she was “just made aware of what happened and apologized because she “just works here.”

Connor is a greater server, great sense of humor and very accommodating. Stores got a nice vibe and a lot of the servers seem friendly. Great atmosphere, I presonally ordered the pop pop and southern grill burger, well done and tastes noice.

We’ve eaten at this Red Robin location many times with varying levels of service quality, though the food has always been good. Tonight, however, was possibly the worst (lack of) service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant.

We arrived around 5:45 and stood waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes. During this time, no one came out to welcome or seat us. No servers were visible in the dining room. The restaurant was moderately busy with about 7 tables occupied. When someone finally came to help us, he apologized for the wait and said our server would be right with us.

We sat and waited for nearly 30 minutes without being served or even greeted by our waiter. During this time, three employees were congregated in the lobby around the front podium. They stood there talking for almost 15 minutes without addressing any patrons. Finally, someone came and asked if we’d been helped yet. We told him no. He replied “okay” and walked away. At this point, we decided enough was enough and we left. Another family who arrived about 10 minutes after us also got up and left at the same time. A table nearby us told us they’d been waiting over 40 minutes for their food. We have a toddler and a baby and are on a timeline when we go to eat. I understand restaurants can be understaffed and kitchens can get busy; however, it is inexcusable for patrons to sit without being addressed for over 30 minutes.

This experience was beyond disappointing. I don’t foresee us returning any time soon.

Completely crap. This is the absolute worse Red Robin I've ever been to. Service was slow, the Southern Love Burger was absolutely trash. Literally tasted like the lettuce had been wilted for a week and there were about 5 unclean tables and no patrons when I entered to be seated. Last time I passed by this location was about a month ago and they were closed outside normal hours. An entire disgrace to the RR name. Smh. Honestly a solid waste of $22.

The service was absolutely terrible! The restaurant wasn’t even busy, yet we waited over an hour for our food. When it finally arrived, it was cold. Two kids ordered the same meal, but one portion was noticeably larger than the other. Our server barely paid attention to us the entire time — we didn’t even get our drinks! When a spill happened, the waitress just threw three paper towels on it and walked away instead of actually cleaning it up. We asked to speak to the manager for a resolution, but he never came back. Overall, one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.
