We loved Saladworks for quite a while even though I had to go back instore for things left out every time we mobile ordered, that is until the end of March. I mobile ordered several things including a warm grain bowl no greens. I got home to find greens. I called and they told me they had decided to add greens to all bowls no matter how it was ordered. I mentioned how something like that could possibly harm someone with a food allergy. They finally agreed to remake my bowl, what I got was an ice cold bowl...it literally had ice in it. Within a half hour of eating it I was violently sick, food poisoning sick. I put in a complaint and asked for communication with the owners. They did respond asking for me to call. Instead I sent them a response detailing the issues I had, mentioning food poisoning after possible tampering. I have had ZERO response from anyone after that. I've even checked back in a few time and still ZERO response. I'm so extremely disappointed at the lack of care/customer service from this location. For those with food allergies, beware, you never know what they may add in your meal just because they feel like it.

I built my own salad and when I went to eat there were little flies crawling around in my salad. I was grossed out. Never went back.

Small pieces of Protein wrap for 12$ absolutely ridiculous and over priced . It was mostly bread and only a few pieces of Protein and greens

Maryanne helped me pick the açaí bowl and buffalo chicken panini. 10/10. This place is always so clean and fresh. Everyone always greets you as soon as you walk through the door. Don’t hesitate to try this locally owned and operated business. You won’t be disappointed!

I came in recently to get an acai bowl with my husband and had the worst experience. To start, when we came in, nobody looked like they wanted to serve us. We stood looking around for a few minutes before we were even acknowledged. The one girl who was to start the bowls looked like we were interrupting her doing inventory. She also seemed to be impatient that I was not familiar with the menu. The bowls are incredibly small (not worth the price) and the acai had the texture of cement. One girl scooped out our acai and threw the bowls onto the counter for whoever was going to add toppings. The salad also did not look fresh and the woman making the salads looked like she was miserable to be there. At the counter, we we rung up and the cashier who told us our orders would be "ready in a second" and then proceeded to make a smoothie when our orders were next to her on the cart- clearly not paying attention. The atmosphere was cold, the workers were rude (and didn't seem to work well together) and the quality of the bowls were subpar. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I hope they will take more note of the customer experience. We won't be returning.

I have given this place several tries so I am forming this opinion based on more than one visit. Also, I really wanted this place to be good. First of all, the pricing is outrageous. For 4 people eating a normal amount it was $108 the last time I went. We literally can eat filets at Texas Roadhouse cheaper than that. The food is just not good. I think part of it is it's very bland and partly the fault of the kids who work there having zero clue what they are doing. I had a chicken and bacon panini during my most recent visit. It had about 2 pieces of chicken and was completely doused in thousand island. It was basically a thousand island sandwich. The kids working there are always completely lost and I very rarely see anyone resembling a manager/owner anywhere in site. When you have a teenage crew and you are charging $108 for 4 people, you need to be there making sure everything is going well. They absolutely struggle to make an order every single time I'm in the store. Not just a one time occurence. It's literally every time. I have seen a few people give up in frustration and leave the store. I was close to that point in my last visit. I'm not sure it can be fixed but I would start by training the crew, keeping an adult on site at all hours, lower prices/portion size, and make sure the food is made right. The kid who made my last panini burnt one so bad that it was completely charred. He took so long trying to make another one that the customer it was for just walked out. Like I said, I wanted this place to be good but it is not going to stay in business operating the way it currently is. There are several better options even in Spring Hill.

Good food but slow service. Placed an order online and the food was still not ready 20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time.
