The food has been great, I've been a regular for about a year, however its becoming more obvious the employees here lack attention to detail, and frequently forget entree modifications, and the side of chips or roll you're supposed to get. They are also very slow. Make sure to check the bag before you leave.

I’ve gone in a few times in person to order and waited despite being the only person in line. I was told I should’ve ordered online. I’ve ordered online a couple of times and my order has never been correct. Additionally, there is no option for light dressing or dressing on the side when ordering online Everything comes overly dressed and is uneditable. I want to like this place but major improvements are needed to improve the customer experience.

We love the food. My only criticism is we ordered on your app and I could not order the half salad and soup special. Also when we got there to pick up, our order was just seen when we asked about it. So we had to wait for it to be made.

Very disappointed with this establishment. Nice staff and very good salads but I’ve not had one experience where my food was made correctly nor where I haven’t had to wait an extended amount of time for my food to be made. I even ordered online ahead of time and arrived a few minutes after they said it’d be ready to eliminate the extended waiting— my order wasn’t even started yet and I had to get their attention and ask them to make it. Very good food but will not be coming back here for a while.
