I ordered through the app and it was quick and easy. I like the deals and discounts that you can get by ordering through the app. Upon arrival, I checked in through the app and my order was ready within 5 minutes. I ordered a pretzel stick and a real fruit slush. Both were delicious and made the way that I ordered them. The the server who brought my food out was polite and professional. I very much enjoyed my experience at this particular Sonic.

I'd give them a negative 5 if I could. Pulled in, the speaker was so loud I thought they were gonna break my windshield. I tried to order, and couldn't get 3 words out, before they started screaming over you. I'm not a soft talker either. I slowed down, waited for them to stop screaming about how yhey couldn't hear me! Maybe you should fix you speakers and mic. It's only one of the biggest tools of your business. Here's another suggestion. Let your customer finish placing their order. Don't talk over them, then maybe you could hear them. My suggestion, they don't want your service, so go to McDonald's, or burger king. Hell, anybody has to be better!!!

Hamburgers came out fast, but were cold. I know they can't cook them in 3 minutes. They have been hot before. Person taking order had trouble getting it straight. After 4 or 5 times it looked right on screen, but was still not totally right when the order came.
The car hops are incredibly rude. Especially the ones working tonight.

Almost always have a cheerful and pleasant carhop. The food, despite being fast food (not the healthiest choice) is always hot and yummy. Whether it's a cold treat, Route 44 drink, or dinner on the run, Sonic is and will remain a staple.

Our order was messed up & we asked for them to fix it & we were told that we would have to pay the difference for their mistake. We said we would rather just have our money back & we would go else where. They said our money would be back on our card in 3-5 business days. The girl on the intercom & the "manager" were very rude.
