I love Sonic. But their app is sub-par. I almost always have issues with the app. It is slow and crashes often. There has to be a better way. The stores are awesome, though.

I ordered through the app and it was quick and easy. I like the deals and discounts that you can get by ordering through the app. Upon arrival, I checked in through the app and my order was ready within 5 minutes. I ordered a pretzel stick and a real fruit slush. Both were delicious and made the way that I ordered them. The the server who brought my food out was polite and professional. I very much enjoyed my experience at this particular Sonic.

I'd give them a negative 5 if I could. Pulled in, the speaker was so loud I thought they were gonna break my windshield. I tried to order, and couldn't get 3 words out, before they started screaming over you. I'm not a soft talker either. I slowed down, waited for them to stop screaming about how yhey couldn't hear me! Maybe you should fix you speakers and mic. It's only one of the biggest tools of your business. Here's another suggestion. Let your customer finish placing their order. Don't talk over them, then maybe you could hear them. My suggestion, they don't want your service, so go to McDonald's, or burger king. Hell, anybody has to be better!!!

Almost always have a cheerful and pleasant carhop. The food, despite being fast food (not the healthiest choice) is always hot and yummy. Whether it's a cold treat, Route 44 drink, or dinner on the run, Sonic is and will remain a staple.
