Horrible experience at this location. I ordered a venti matcha latte with oatmilk add strawberry cold foam. They were out of oatmilk which was fine, ordered it regular. When i got it, the drink felt lighter weight than normal and could see cold foam at the bottom and top. Over half the drink was made with unflavored cold foam. I returned to get a refund. The manager was bothered that I wanted a refund instead of the drink being remade. She either could not get the system to work or didn't know how to do a refund. Either case, she started getting an attitude with me. After a while, she tried refunding me the price of the drink without cold foam. I stated if i was being refunded $8.12 not $6.xx which is what the register was showing. She tried saying that they didn't charge me for the cold foam. I again stated, my reciept shows $8.12, she then stated that it was a grocery item, which it was not. I then proceeded to show her the charge of $8.12 in the app for one drink. She finally refunded me on a gift card. She handed it to me without a reciept so I asked if i could get a reciept showing the amount on gf (considering she was trying to refund me less than what i paid and arguing about it). She was upset and didn't even apologize for the whole situation. After what seemed like 30 minutes I finally walked out with a target gift card, not even a refund to my original payment method. The whole situation was frustrating. I have been to so many different starbucks locations and never had an employee or managar act this way to a customer especially when in the wrong.

I had a terrible experience here. I waited in line for 6 minutes without being greeted while one of the baristas talked to her friends about her personal life the whole time. Another employee from another department had to come and inform her about the line wrapping around the counter to get her to do her job.I ordered an iced coffee with espresso and light cream. Espresso here is $0.35 more than any other Starbucks. The lady that made my drink did not even measure out the espresso shot. She poured it from another cup full of espresso just with a guess pour that had been setting there. I was also charged $0.80 for cream, which I have never seen in my life. I contacted customer service and two other Starbucks locations after this and was told I should have never been charged for cream as coffee typically comes with cream. The young girl who made my drink was polite and friendly and I can tell she didn't like the confrontation. I can't imagine ever having to pay $0.80 for cream when coffee traditionally comes with cream. $6.80 for a grande iced coffee with a shot of espresso is outrageous especially when it comes with bad customer service. I will not be going back to the Starbucks for anything. I also changed my prescription to another pharmacy since it's not worth going in with such terrible customer service at the Starbucks location.

I always love the lemon loaf! It's my favorite. My mocha frappe was okay. I drank it! Not quite enough ice and too much chocolate. But like I said, I drank it, so i s'pose I've had worse.If you've read many of my reviews, you know I'm not much of a complainer.
Get people who actually want to work! They wouldn’t make my daughter a Frappuccino because they didn’t want to clean the blender.

This is my all time favorite Starbucks because they actually make what you order and do it in a timely and friendly manner, and the staff seems to actually know what they’re doing unlike every other Starbucks in Spring Hill. Always go out of my way for this one!!
