Im not one to go and do reviews but recently going here, I have noticed one worker there I believe the name is Beverly if I’m not mistaken and I seen how she is towards her coworkers mostly the females I’ve noticed. She mistreats them, I seen two of them about to have a mental breakdown because of things she’s pulled. And the fact she has to write in a note book with what drinks are popular that day is really annoying and I feel like that takes away from the time she could be making drinks! One time I went she had a line of hot drinks. While the others had everything else out before her. She’s not made for said job!!

I’ve never seen a Starbucks run so poorly. Honestly the whole staff needs to be rehired. Myself and 3 other women were waiting to order while we watched Eryn, summer and another employee with many face piercings actively clean and restock the store while we waited to order. Eryn finally came over to the register. The lady in front of me ordered and iced PSL and the staff made It hot.
I ordered a cold brew with half and half and pumpkin syrup. It took 10 minutes to get them to even work on my drink. The staff continued to huddle up near summer and It looked like they were just gossiping. They chose to fill ice/label cups,etc than work on people’s drinks. Myself and another customer are waiting again for them to make our drinks and they made both of ours wrong. She didn’t receive cinnamon on hers and they forgot half and half in mine. They messed up 3 drinks in a row. I don’t know if Eryn was high or just completely checked out but honestly It was watching a train wreck how poorly this store front was.
I openly said “ come on guys” when they messed up my simple order. Honestly looked like no one knew what they were doing.
The one with all the piercings tried to make It better and apologize but honestly have never seen such poor customer service at a Starbucks before.

Was treated very rudely by their employee because my husband showed her a picture of the order which she said was fine then made a rude remark to him when the order was done stating that he shouldn’t have showed a picture of the order..I hope in the future she treats people with kindness especially those with hearing / visual impairments

I’m honestly scared whenever I go to the counter of the Starbucks they are always super rude and disrespectful and whenever I say anything nice I get disrespected with eye rolls or just no response at all, they talk bad about their customers and they don’t know simple items. I was so excited whenever they opened a Starbucks in Kroger, because the one in the crossings is far but I’d rather drive the distance, then deal with the disrespect from the employees at the krogers starbucks! PLEASE TRAIN THEM ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This is a krogers Starbucks, which would be good to know before detouring 10 minutes out.

The girls behind the counter were rude. No one was at the counter so I said “hello?” and they were in the back and said “we’ll be there, just be patient.” Then I ordered my drink and they were silent: no please, no thank you, and when my drink was passed across the counter, I said “thank you” and they turned around and walked away. I was the only person there and it was 8:30am on a Wednesday (today), and it was two girls in their early 20s. Just rude and unprofessional.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about.I just came through the area for a doctor's appointment, and checked for the closest coffee place and was surprised by the negative feedback. This was still a very convenient location, so I went in.Ordered a almond milk chai, and a regular dirty chai. Went to pickup to wait for the drink and unlocked my phone to check messages, but before I was able to look at the phone they had my order ready and on the pickup counter.The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous about my brain not having had it's coffee yet.The only detriment I can think of is that it's inside a grocery store, but that is not really in their control and not that big of a detriment.

Worst Starbucks ever! I’ve been a handful of times and each time was a disappoint. Like the other reviews, they are ALWAYS out of things, the staff don’t know even the most common items on Starbucks’ menu, and customer service doesn’t exist! I had so much excitement when I found out they were putting a Starbucks on Port Royal but the way operations are going at this location they could saved that money! I will be going up the location on Main Street moving forward!
