Store 514c is the worst subway I ever been to Very rude owner I asked him from fresh vegetables He wanted to put the bad saggy ones by force and he is so cheap putting tiny amounts of everything I never ever seen anything like that to any of the subway I ever been to .will never go there again . I ordered a foot long sub online and asked for it to be toasted. I also paid for extra meat. When I opened my sub, it was neither toasted nor given extra meat. I also placed an order in person. I asked for spinach and lettuce was put on the sandwich. Then the cup they gave me began to leak and when I asked for a new one, I was given a replacement cup a size smaller than what I paid for.

Private owners not a subway franchise, and pay attention when you’re pouring your ice in your cup. Notice all the wonderful black spots filled with mold all over your ice. Ice machine has been filled with mold for an over a year and when you tell someone, no one cares to clean it, or it still wouldn’t look like that . Do you know how sick mold covered ice can make you? My best advice is to just stay away.

Seems that employees at this location were not told that speaking Punjabi while prepairng order for a English speaker is very rude! I felt not wanted as a customer. For $10.00 the experience was poor and I will never return!

Horrible customer service, the bread was old along with the cookies, the drink cups leak and they refuse to care at all. Stay away from these lazy people who have the worst customer service and Horrible food.

I filed a complaint with Subway corporate stating my sandwich was made incorrectly. The response was my sandwich does not come with that specific meat via email. When you check the subway website, it in fact does state it comes with the meat that my sandwich was missing. This place doesn’t even know what even goes into their sandwiches.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness here and was disappointed in the small portion sizes compared to every other subway I frequent. No scales were used but the portions in my protein bowl were half of normal. The place seemed to be running out of everything and was stretching what they had.

First off I love Subway. I have been to Subway over 200+ times, and this was not holding up to my standard let alone sub-standard experiance. I will be back due to my love of Subway but i'll hold this review until improvements are made. The staff haven't yet been welcoming.

This place closes whenever they want. They’re never open. It’s 6pm right now and they’re closed. They don’t open on time and you’re gambling on if they’ll be open if you go anytime past 4pm. The won’t accept online orders, probably because they’re not consistently open. They won’t answer the phone for pickup orders. It’s ridiculous. Foods awesome when you can get it.
