I came in today around 11:30. There were no cookies or tea made. The woman at the counter was rude and kept trying to move on to the next customer while I was still ordering. Then my toddler and I sat in the restaurant to eat and she was yelling at some poor kid in the back the entire time. It was completely unprofessional

Employees were kind, but the worker had to ask his manager if their location was a participating location for the coupon I presented. A little disappointed that they weren’t (we have used coupons at gas station locations before and it’s been fine). At least we were able to use our gift cards.

Order a steak n cheese sub online and what a joke!! Nothing on the sandwich. Could have made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich thicker than this. By the way went next door to Publix and got a real sub!!!

Don’t come here my wife went in by her self and the employee started yelling at here because she didn’t know perfect English!!!! They are racist!!!! My wife knows enough English to get around and order food. They started yelling at here and treated her like she was dumb. She called me and told me what was going on. I told her don’t buy anything from them and to just leave. When she left they started following her to the car. When she came home she started crying. I want to go and start hell for they why they treated my wife. Smartest thing to do was write this instead of getting in trouble!!!!! Horrible People. I would think they would be nicer do to they can’t speak English any better than my wife

Disappointing Experience at the Subway in Walmart!
The only thing this Subway franchise has going for it is its location inside Walmart. I came in with the exact coupon I had used just yesterday at another Subway a mile away, where it was honored without issue. Here, I was told the coupon would only apply to a meatball or ham sandwich, even though I ordered the exact same sandwich I used it for previously.
Since I was already at Walmart, I decided to pay the extra dollar the employee said it would cost. However, while preparing my sandwich, an older lady came out from the back and said something about pepperoni in a scolding tone, then went back without offering any explanation.
When it was time to pay, the price mysteriously jumped from one dollar extra to three dollars extra—more than the cost of the sandwich I originally wanted without the coupon! At that point, I was charged anyway, and the employee didn’t even bother to say thank you for overcharging me.
Why distribute coupons if you’re not going to honor them? It would’ve been cheaper and less frustrating to buy the sandwich without using the coupon at all. This was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning. Buyer beware!

Worst subway ever. Clearly asked them to put sauce but skipped everything and all the items which ordered in more quantity was less than the normal quantities. No olives, jalapeños, pepper jack pickles. What should I say in ever sense it was worst. I will never recommend anyone to buy from this store.

This is the second sandwich that’s been messed up I forgave the first one and decided to order through the app to avoid being upcharged for sauce to a series sandwich from build ur own and not even get the extra cheese from series sandwich , and then I ordered a sandwich with the more option on lettuce spinach and pickles, and I have a sandwich that has less of everything, do not advise eating here because if u order in store your limited on what toppings you can have and if you order in app sandwich if I can call it a sandwich. This location needs to get better!
Is the meat too expensive? All we got was soft bread and a few slices of cucumber and pepper. It was hard to find the meat.

Also, not friendly at all & act like it's a bother to make you a sandwich. One time a younger male employee used the f bomb bc he had to go back & get lettuce . Pretty bad.....

The absolute worst subway in town. Waited 10+ minutes for someone to come to the front. Always closing earlier than what’s online. Used ice cups left around icee machine.

Do not eat at this subway… I started ordering a foot long sandwich and the lady put four thin slices of meat and asked what cheese… I eat at subway often enough to know I was getting ripped off! I’ll find a real subway that’s not inside Walmart.
