Waited an hour for my order with doordash. Multiple drivers were sent for my order. Door dash decided to cancel my order for no reason and would not answer the phone.

The manager or worker wasn’t bery pleasant not! Attentive when my husband ordered a philly sandwich the veggie s are supposed to be grilled hardly no meat !! Will make sure others know 🫤

My favorite subway since moving here! This one tops all the other subway locations in Spring Hill. The other ones suck! I always place the same mobile order for the same sandwich no matter where I go and this location always does it right! The sandwich is always neat and full as well. If I go to any other location in Spring Hill the sandwiches are sloppy and a very minimal amount of each ingredient on the sandwiches. The cookies here are also always soft and gooey. I can definitely not say the same about the other locations. Other locations cookies are thin and hard it seems. The location on Port Royal is doing everything right! Great job!

If you’re going to close your doors at 9pm then you need to update the system and your closing times. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional and a business should adhere to the correct times for paying customers who want something a little later. I don’t need a sorry because I’m sure it’s a pre made generated response. Do better

Used to be one of my favorite locations. It was close by, always clean with friendly staff and fresh ingredients. Now it is smelly, dirty and dilapidated the staff seems distant and depressing and worst of all the food quality has fallen off a cliff. They even have a metal shield over the meat now so you can’t even see if it’s fresh. Would not recommend especially because there are much better options nearby.

Literally the worst ever! they don’t want any coupons and when you finally get your sandwich they skimp so badly it’s not worth the money. Don’t go here if it went out of business I’d honestly be happy. The Indian owner and employees are the rudest and worst to deal with would not recommend. Also there was no option for 0 stars

On Friday, I bought two sandwiches. I don't remember the exact name of the product, but it had something to do with ranch sauce. I asked for extra ranch sauce, but they were very stingy and rude. The sandwiches were also the emptiest I've ever eaten.

Had difficulty ordering a sandwich since the person behind the counter kept talking to her little kid running around the kitchen. Made sure to point out “her baby”. I had to yell over the child. Terrible way to run a business.

Honestly highly disappointed went there at 8:35 and they had the doors locked and wouldn't take no orders but it says they're open until 9:00 so I guess they're signed lies or the people in there just close early whenever they want to because they don't want to be at work anymore it won't be ever eating Subway again I guess I'll just start using Jersey Mike's for all of my sub needs

I have ordered delivery twice now and both times I have gotten my order without chips. I’m tired of paying $3 extra for a meal if you aren’t going to include the whole thing. Stop being lazy and go out from behind the counter to put the chips in the delivery bag. I also tried to churro this time and it was cold and tasted terrible. Never ordering delivery from here again, they don’t deserve the money from the upcharges since they can’t even bother to put a whole meal together.

I would do less than 1 star. This shop closed before the window said and 1.5 hr on google. Lazy. I made eye contact with an employee after pointing to the designated close time by over 30 mins. Blank stare.

the ladies were very rude, especially when i asked them to add a little bit more of something to my sandwich, the whole vibe was off and they seemed like they hated their job, and some of the vegetables looked like they had been sitting there for weeks. will not go here again terrible experience.
