Honestly highly disappointed went there at 8:35 and they had the doors locked and wouldn't take no orders but it says they're open until 9:00 so I guess they're signed lies or the people in there just close early whenever they want to because they don't want to be at work anymore it won't be ever eating Subway again I guess I'll just start using Jersey Mike's for all of my sub needs

I have ordered delivery twice now and both times I have gotten my order without chips. I’m tired of paying $3 extra for a meal if you aren’t going to include the whole thing. Stop being lazy and go out from behind the counter to put the chips in the delivery bag. I also tried to churro this time and it was cold and tasted terrible. Never ordering delivery from here again, they don’t deserve the money from the upcharges since they can’t even bother to put a whole meal together.

I would do less than 1 star. This shop closed before the window said and 1.5 hr on google. Lazy. I made eye contact with an employee after pointing to the designated close time by over 30 mins. Blank stare.

I can't believe these people are still in business. They cover the glass with the stainless lid to keep the customer from seeing the amount of meat or cheese they place on the sandwich. The man was rude as any person I've encountered in the SERVICE industry. The Subway uniformed women were eating and there was a line as well. I would save yourself a trip to this lousy place. I opened my sandwich when I got into the car and there was barely any meat and NO cheese as I requested. How they stay in business is beyond me.

the ladies were very rude, especially when i asked them to add a little bit more of something to my sandwich, the whole vibe was off and they seemed like they hated their job, and some of the vegetables looked like they had been sitting there for weeks. will not go here again terrible experience.

The workers at this location have always been wonderful and accommodating, but after being a regular for years, we have just been informed that this location is no longer accepting coupons. I have zero reason to return to this location in the future.

After a long hard day, I thought why not stop at Subway and grab a sub? I checked Google, and it said it was open till 9 p.m., and it was 8:40. Plenty of time to make a sub before closing shop, right? WRONG. Saw a worker inside, went to the door and found it locked. Worker would not make eye contact. I rolled my eyes and thought, "typical Subway". I sat in the car for a few minutes and observed 2 other people try to go in. So, they lost at least 3 sales, likely more. Apparently this is common with this store. I don't know if it is a franchise or corporate store, but they should either instruct their workers WE MAKE SUBS TILL NINE or change their freaking hours to 8:30 or whatever time they feel like no longer serving the public so people won't waste time going here. It's just d*** and rude. There are better options than Subway. Try Jersey Mike's instead!

It's been a few years since I've eaten at a subway and wasn't planning on going back anytime soon. But I had just seen a commercial or something about Subway in their brand new menu and I just so happens to have pulled in right next to one while coming through Spring Hill. Must be fate!! I got the "Hotshot Italiano" with chips and a drink and it was pretty good. But for a footlong, bag of chips, and a medium drink it was $15. Thats The same I spend when I go to Jersey Mike's....

Don't order online!!! No meat added to Sandwichs all toppings.... No one picks up phone at store. Worker Don't speak English and unable to get refund. YAY.

The employees who work here (usually female) are extremely rude and shouldn't be working in customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Management or the owner needs to seriously do something about this. Seeing as for 9+ years this place has gotten horrible reviews. Something needs to change or go out of business. This is utterly ridiculous. If your rude stay home! Get a job working from home where you don't have to interact with people.

The sign on the door says they close at 9. The Google listing says they close at 9. We pulled up in front of the store at 8:30. An employee walked up to the door, quickly, and locked it and turned the sign off as we were walking up. My husband knocked on the window and pointed at the sign that says they don't close until 9. She shrugged her shoulders and smiled and walked away. Awful establishment and employees.
