We visited on Monday..service terrible, no friendliness, servers walking around carrying their children, which would have been fine if there was fresh food out.. Crab legs look like it was the 3rd time for re-heat..Restrooms smelt like they boarding farm animals ..disgusting..will never go back..Restaurant needs to be inspected due lack of sanitary conditions.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was disappointing enough to warrant one. They advertise all-you-can-eat crab legs, but in practice, they don't keep any available on the buffet. Instead, you have to request them, and even then, they bring out only small portions or delay serving them, possibly hoping you'll leave before you get a chance to enjoy what was promised. To make matters worse, the staff was rude,dismissive, and rolled their eyes when asked for more crab legs or even napkins. This combination of misleading practices and poor service made for a very frustrating experience. Chinese buffets are a dime a dozen, this is clearly a bait and switch situation to get traffic in.

I’ve lived near Spring Hill my whole life and have never had a bad experience here over 17 years. All of the staff are very nice! The sweet woman who checked me out today followed me out of the restaurant to make sure I got my chopsticks. The food is good and consistent in quality, and it’s worth the money in my opinion (~$6 a pound for takeout). Definitely recommend!

Place looks sketchy from the outside but once you enter it's well lit with very cute decor! We went today right as they opened, the food was fresh and hot, the server was so nice and kept checking on us to see if we needed refills. The food was what was to be expected of an all you can eat buffet, definitely going there again!
