I am not one to leave reviews however the lack of consideration from the one staff member we interacted with was incredibly appalling. My friends and I came to this location on 11/29/25 around 9pm. One of the friends with our group has a milk ALLERGY. She was told the flavors on the far left (original tart and mango) were definitely dairy free.

As we are finishing up I had to use the restroom and while walking over, I realize there is a list of all the yogurt’s nutrition labels. Out of curiosity when coming back out I check the list for ingredients because not many plain yogurts are dairy free.
Oh what’s the FIRST thing on the list of ingredients??? MILK

I wait for the employee to come back out and asked if the list was old or not accurate? She asked me what list I was referring to and I show it to her.
Her response is simply oh yeah I guess that has dairy in it (or something of the sort not exact wording) and tells me that they usually put it on the signs above the yogurts say if they have dairy or not. They just didn’t put them on this time.

This would be completely different if it was a diet or something my friend just didn’t like. But my friend has an ALLERGY, and to just act like it was a little oopsies is so crazy to me.

Super friendly and popular with all ages. The staff was super friendly. They have so many choices for toppings and the Yogert flavors are delicious. Highly recommend this place for anyone with a sweet tooth.

This is our favorite ice cream places for birthday 🎂 ice cream for family of 11. This gets picked a lot in our family. Lots of great toppings. 😁

I didn’t get her name but the girl working 4/29 around 6PM was SO sweet! I have a nut allergy so it’s hard for me to eat out and she offered to get me any toppings I wanted from the back so there was no risk of cross contamination. It’s not often that places are willing to accommodate me, so it was much appreciated! :)

Came here on 02/21/25 at 6pm to get ice cream with my boyfriend and was very pissed off after leaving. The machines were dirty, the employees were snobby and rude, and when I went to ask them to fix the trix tube two of the girls just stood there talking and looked at me and continued to ignore me and keep talking, so I went to ask another girl to fix it and she said “I’ll fix it later are you ready to check out”; this kind of customer treatment is very snobby and disrespectful. Don’t go here unless you plan to be dissatisfied by a bunch of entitled teenagers.

Had poor service and tried to call to speak to the manager and the employees were rude and refused to get the manager and the manager continued to have undesirable costumer service but the food and treats are good, but the staff and management need some improvement.

Top marks for the cutie froyo barista who so elegantly distributed samples to me. As I entered the store, she was sweeping. Then, she turned her back and glanced my way. At that moment, the song "Call Me Maybe" began happening in my mind. But my heart has been abused and broken before, and I am defensive, afraid of what love might do to harm me. Reflexively, I left without saying much to her. But she was running around the place making sure everything was in tip top shape. The flavors were delicious, tasty enough to salve my confused self. Praying I don't get diabetes. Please froyo responsibly.

Located in the Crossings shopping center in Spring Hill, Tennessee, this frozen yogurt shop offers a variety of flavors and toppings. They will provide samples of the yogurt before you select what you want. Other than samples, it is self service. You choose your cup size, fill it with yogurt, the add your toppings. They have a cup that is standard pricing, and they have cups that are sold by weight of ingredients. They have seating inside and outside. They have a restroom.
