Sweet CeCe's Frozen Treats

Came here on 02/21/25 at 6pm to get ice cream with my boyfriend and was very pissed off after leaving. The machines were dirty, the employees were snobby and rude, and when I went to ask them to fix the trix tube two of the girls just stood there talking and looked at me and continued to ignore me and keep talking, so I went to ask another girl to fix it and she said “I’ll fix it later are you ready to check out”; this kind of customer treatment is very snobby and disrespectful. Don’t go here unless you plan to be dissatisfied by a bunch of entitled teenagers.

Had poor service and tried to call to speak to the manager and the employees were rude and refused to get the manager and the manager continued to have undesirable costumer service but the food and treats are good, but the staff and management need some improvement.

Top marks for the cutie froyo barista who so elegantly distributed samples to me. As I entered the store, she was sweeping. Then, she turned her back and glanced my way. At that moment, the song "Call Me Maybe" began happening in my mind. But my heart has been abused and broken before, and I am defensive, afraid of what love might do to harm me. Reflexively, I left without saying much to her. But she was running around the place making sure everything was in tip top shape. The flavors were delicious, tasty enough to salve my confused self. Praying I don't get diabetes. Please froyo responsibly.

Located in the Crossings shopping center in Spring Hill, Tennessee, this frozen yogurt shop offers a variety of flavors and toppings. They will provide samples of the yogurt before you select what you want. Other than samples, it is self service. You choose your cup size, fill it with yogurt, the add your toppings. They have a cup that is standard pricing, and they have cups that are sold by weight of ingredients. They have seating inside and outside. They have a restroom.

The froyo was wonderful as always, was a little bummed there were no strawberries but I can deal with that! Came in closer to closing time behind two other families, was greeted with a smile and offers of samples. Even though my boyfriend and I waited in the truck for the store to clear out a little, there ended up still being 10 customers in the store. Savannah handled everyone with more professionalism and calmness then I ever would have (working with the public 10+ yr), she was kind and patient with the younger customers who had lots of needs to be filled. I had just left a dinner where I paid $80 and had awful customer service…. Savannah impressed me so much she scored herself a tip & the restaurant ladies tip too! ? Employees like Savannah need to be bragged on and appreciated in today’s times. Will definitely be back ❤️?

Even though it is cold outside it is time for some pumpkin ice cream. This location has a ton of ice cream options and wow endless possibilities of toppings!! This is a great place to enjoy a treat and everyone can get something that they want. The small size is the perfect size for a snack or afternoon treat. The staff is nice and polite and offers you samples as soon as you walk in the door. The store is located in a strip mall area so there is lots of parking options. I would highly recommend stopping at this location and enjoying a treat.

Why do they keep the big jar of old jelly bean out if it's not for topping you ice cream? My kids are disappointed every time...

Didn’t have a lot of options for dairy free. Service was very good though and staff were very pleasant.

Made the mistake of getting the weighed cup option and found out how expensive the frozen yogurt can be (no toppings). Two people and we paid $28 for two cups. That's the last time we visit since I can buy tubs of this stuff for half the cost in a store.

This yogurt is wonderful! We go to Spring Hill TN location. My husband and I are heart patients and low fat yogurt is a healthier choice than ice cream. Thanks CE CE’s! Side note: please bring back the Latte flavor. ?

This place is great if you want to indulgeAnd so much healthier than Ice Cream! I love the coconut froyo, green apple and pomegranate flavors. The staff is also friendly and are always asking to try for flavors. Will come back for more flavors!
