I’ve got to say, I’m a bit confused about Cold Grill and Ice Cream. The name sounds great, but every time I’ve gone, the ice cream machines haven’t been working or are shut down. If ice cream is part of your name, it feels like it should be a priority to have it available. It’s a bit disappointing, especially when that’s what draws people in. Hoping this gets addressed because the potential is there!

BEST RESTAURANT EVER!!!! i go here all the time. the have the best bowls & you can put whatever you want in them! meats are always cooked to perfection! boba is ALWAYS so yummy! such a huge selection! and the staff is so so accommodating, welcoming, and friendly! highly recommended

I suppose they need to take mango off the menu for poke ingredient options. This is the third time we’ve ordered takeout and I’ve selected mango, and the website does not prompt for a new option, nor are we notified of the missing ingredient upon pickup.

Probably my favorite place to eat in all of Spring Hill. Fresh, fast, and absolutely delicious.
I have frequented this T-OP for over a few years and I can without a doubt say they have the best poke bowls I have ever had. The food is consistently delicious and the portions never cease to make me feel full and satisfied. Their boba and fruit teas are also out of this world, and I would personally recommend either their cappuccino milk tea (great for coffee lovers) or their honeydew milk tea with lychee jelly. The workers are always welcoming and treat you with warmth with every visit. Definitely one of my favorite spots to eat in town and a great place to go to when you need a good comfort meal or just some dang good food! 10/10

My first time eating here and I was impressed! The matcha milk tea boba drink was delicious and the tapioca boba was sweet and soft. The poke bowl was the best I ever had! The prices were reasonable and the portion of food was more than I have had at other places. I am definitely coming back, driving all the way from Murfreesboro!

This place is sooooooooo delicious!! I ate here yesterday and woke up thinking about how good it was and had to come back today. Every ingredient is fresh. The sauces are so good. The greens are super fresh. Very healthy and bonus: I can eat here and still lose weight. No added sugars or preservatives. The people who work here are very nice.

Been coming here for a couple years now and today had less than usual amount of proteins. Only 2 pieces of grilled shrimp and maybe a tablespoon of the crabmeat salad, not very good .

I put in an online order, and didn’t realize i added two of the same bowls, just needed one. I got to the place and informed the assistant manager that i didn’t mean to add 2 just want one. He told me that’s not his problem and that it’s my fault for adding two bowls mind you, it’s NOT paid for yet. So he tells me because they don’t have much to spare extra bowls, that i have no choice to pay for both. Service was very disappointing because usually the guy is very nice. Shrimp and chicken was overcooked, everything else was great.
