by far the worst restaurant in all of Spring Hill. Slow, bad attitude, dirty, and they’re so slow. I have to say slow again. Shame on you that’s how bad it is!

The guy taking the orders at the drive-through midday today (12/23/24) needs to learn how to open his mouth when he speaks because all I could hear was incomprehensible mumbling. It seems that his ears may be equally as mushy because my order lacked any of the sauce packets that I requested. The young lady handing my order out the window should be the one taking the orders because she was so polite and friendly. Had it not been for her, I probably would have taken it back and offered a lesson in customer service. The order taker needs to learn how to listen and articulate.

Went in to order, but the place was in an extremely dirty state. The strong odor of urine smacked me in the face when I walked in. The drink area and kiosk were covered in fingerprints, and who knows what else. At this point I turned around and left.

RUDE, UNCOMMUNICATIVE, SLOW, and CARELESS!!!!!!! As a doordasher I’ve seen this restaurant’s negative side very often and now as the customer myself I see no change. Orders are still wrong every time they first come out, I get it fixed and find the food NOT EVEN PROPERLY PREPARED and handled carelessly. My tortilla came out cold and not the size I ordered, what are you people doing in there??! Horrible location and should be shut down
