I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito, asked for no sour cream. It had a huge glob of sour cream on it. I went back through drive through and asked if they would remake it for me, I received the new burrito and it was literally falling apart and unrolling. Horrible, sloppy, and extremely unprofessional.

I went through the drive-through handed them my Debit card and the clerk was wearing dirty gloves, touching my drink and getting my car dirty and I mentioned to her you need to change your gloves and she laughed and said I know they’re dirty. 🤮

Ordered 2 chicken chalupas, hard as a rock.
Ordered a nacho fry and the nacho cheese was half a**. Y’all are a billion dollar company. Shouldn’t be no reason to fill it up when I pay the price. Lazy workers also !!

Ordered a chicken cantina quesadilla and it had cabbage and tortilla chips in it.. weird considering that’s not what comes in it. Remix i guess? Considering I’ve had food poisoning from here.. I’d pass.

Wish I can give this Taco Bell a zero star rating! I told the lady at drive thru 4 times “can I get a beef instead of chicken” and she kept on asking me “you said beef right?” And I said Yes🤦🏽‍♀️ and she still ended up ringing me up chicken! Smh… this restaurant needs better listeners! I would not recommend this Taco Bell off of Port Royal! Get them kids out the kitchen! This doesn’t make no sense that you asked me for times and still get it wrong.

I just moved here from California. Food is horrible and they don't know how to even make an all beef burrito..what the hell? How can it be so different. Small portions on the burritos they should be more. They are not friendly .

Parking: I am really surprised at the quality if the food. What a difference! Won't return here again.

This Taco Bell is pure trash. Dirty trash can on the counter next to the soda machine. Workers are slow and angry don’t listen and make you wait several minutes before even greeting you. And their card machine goes down all the time. So after you spend 10 minutes ordering your food. You have to go somewhere else anyways. I gave the benefit of doubt and went back three times.

Terrible 3 outta 3 times. Gross, snarky and inaccurate.

Make sure to check your order because they'll forget things you order and then give you the wrong item instead. Don't forget to double check that they aren't incompetent and can cut a quesadilla. Either don't waste time here or make sure you have everything you order.

I placed a mobile order at 9:50 (before closing time, which was listed on their website to be 2AM), and sat through the line and even waited at the ordering post for over 10 minutes. Then, a girl comes over the speaker and says “sorry, we’re closed”. I explained I had already paid for and placed my mobile order. Then, a very rude and hateful man comes over the speaker and says “all of his food is put away” and he could not make my order because I did not pick it up by 10:00. I explained that I sat here at this ordering post for someone to respond, plenty of time before 10:00. He says he “can’t help me”. I drive away. I cancel my order through the app and my husband and I take our business elsewhere. It is now 10:32, and we pass by again, this time on our way home, and we see 4 cars in the drive through waiting on their order!!! Seems to me they are LAZY and waited until after 10:00 on purpose to say a single word so they didn’t have to make the food I paid for. Unprofessional and will not be back.
