The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the place was clean and inviting. I’ll definitely be coming back for this one again. Highly recommend if you're a peanut butter lover!

Went to tropical smoothie for the first time and tried their Acai bowls and they were amazing! The employees were very welcoming and helped me decide what to try! 10/10 recommend!!!

Whoever is working right now at 11:45 left the window open didn’t approach me at all for 8 minutes to take my payment passes the window multiple times and not a single customer was inside. She didn’t even look to acknowledge I was waiting and of course I left at that point. Whoever was on shift needs to understand the importance of customer service and greeting a customer and atleast letting them know you’ll be right with them.

Cold food, watery smoothies, place was swarming with flies. We stood in the lobby being ignored for a good 15 minutes, it wasn’t busy at all and we just heard laughing in the back the whole time. Cashier guy made a weird joke about spitting in our food as “apart of his manager perks”. Overall, super unwelcoming and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

A few days ago me and my husband came through. Staff was impatient with my deaf husband...
Very upsetting for him. He struggles with communicating in public. Will escalate this. I do not recommend this place at all.

Came in and waited about 7 minutes for someone to take my order. Staff was nowhere to be found.

Found a fly in my sandwich. Will not return. Did not return because the staff was rude and dismissive when I came in. Flies everywhere. Very unwelcoming environment. Avoid at all costs.

(If a girl named Love is there , you will have the best sandwich). I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and Love made my experience unforgettable! She crafted the most incredible Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich on ciabatta—it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was perfection, and it genuinely made my day. Love’s attention to detail and kindness truly stood out. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Got pick up and the Sandwich tasted like perfume or soap, couldn’t even eat it. It got crossed contaminated somehow and was disgusting. Restaurant couldn’t refund unless I came back to the facility.
