This place is hit or miss and lately it’s been more misses unfortunately. Tonight we went and got smoothies and they were overflowing causing a mess. The girl working had earbuds in and walked away so I had to lean out of the car and knock on the window to get napkins. The smoothies were also flavorless. These are too expensive to be bad. I won’t be back.

Used to love this place I always order online and pickup on my way to my office usually only order the Acai bowl 1 to 2 times a week, but over passed month the bowls are becoming more disappointing, couple times would be more soupy and terrible to eat, the two I got this week barely had any Acai in it. Will not be going back, not paying over 13 dollars for some cut up fruit.

Whoever is working right now at 11:45 left the window open didn’t approach me at all for 8 minutes to take my payment passes the window multiple times and not a single customer was inside. She didn’t even look to acknowledge I was waiting and of course I left at that point. Whoever was on shift needs to understand the importance of customer service and greeting a customer and atleast letting them know you’ll be right with them.

Cold food, watery smoothies, place was swarming with flies. We stood in the lobby being ignored for a good 15 minutes, it wasn’t busy at all and we just heard laughing in the back the whole time. Cashier guy made a weird joke about spitting in our food as “apart of his manager perks”. Overall, super unwelcoming and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very upsetting for him. He struggles with communicating in public. Will escalate this. I do not recommend this place at all.

Found a fly in my sandwich. Will not return. Did not return because the staff was rude and dismissive when I came in. Flies everywhere. Very unwelcoming environment. Avoid at all costs.
