Terrible smoothies. WAY too overpriced for a terrible drink. The girl took over 15 minutes to make a drink and quesadilla with no one else in line. Just under $20 for two items. Will gladly never be coming back

Perfect place for a quick bite with healthier options. It was my first time visiting and I tried their chicken wrap. It was delicious. They had quick and friendly service at the drive-thru. The food was excellent, loved the maple sweet potato for my side. Great tasting and healthy smoothies. The ladies that took care of us were very sweet and professional. We will definitely be back!

love this place and smoothies are always pretty great, but it’s severely understaffed. as well as this, the quality of the food is not good and hasn’t been good for years now. almost always brown lettuce and you can tell the ingredients are not fresh (specifically the vegetables)

I’m giving 3 stars bc the smoothie was good but the work ethic in that place upset me. There was one girl, Alyssa, doing everything from taking orders up front to serving drive through. I could hear others in the back laughing and cutting up so I asked her if she was working alone. She just kinda shook her head no and I could tell she was overwhelmed. Then one of the girls received a phone call about a smoothie that was made wrong so they came to ask Alyssa about it and I thought we’ll maybe if she had help up here - it wouldn’t have happened. There were other customers inside waiting and drive through was backing up. Alyssa was doing great and she deserves a raise especially since she’s running the place alone while her coworkers socialize in the back.

Walked in after a coworker recommended this place, terrible customer service. Stood at the counter to order for almost 10 minutes, and all the girls did was clean the counters and ignore me. Never coming back.

I visited on through the drive up on Tuesday afternoon and didn't like how my smoothie had been blended, so I went inside and asked a worker for the manager. A sweet blonde girl came up and offered to remake it for me, apologized, and gave me a free smoothie card. I believe her name was Caitlyn. The smoothie she made me was the best one I've had from Tropical Smoothie. Big round of applause to this sweet young lady!
Adrianna greeted me wonderfully and had great costumer service i’ll definitely be back!!

Stopped by and the peanut butter paradise I ordered from the drive thru was all ice . The employee should be ashamed for serving a smoothie that way! I could not drink it. I was only car drive thru and waited 5 min for ice .
