Absolutely ridiculous that you can’t contact or place an order over the phone! 😡

Anytime after 12am it’s Terrible Service and when they get your to go orders wrong they’ll just walk away And Go outside to smoke.
Staff is normally really nice but this morning we had a very bad experience. Our server (Brianna) was incredibly rude and it’s very surprising as we are regulars. The food didn’t come out correct, so we asked nicely to please send it back to fix it. She was angry & very condescending to my family. My 5 year old asked why was she so mad and I tried to explain people have bad days. And I understand people have bad days but that is no way to speak to someone, no matter how bad your day is. I will not be returning to this location and we will be going to the one on the next street over from now on. Very disappointing.

Made an online order and came to pick up and the guy tried handing me half my order. I was missing a sandwich and two waffles. He then tried to argue with me and I had to point out in the receipt what was missing. He didn’t seem too happy about it. After about 10 more minutes of them trying to get a waffle that wasn’t burnt or falling apart, the cook was the only one to give me an apology when he had nothing to do with it. When they gave me the remaining two waffles, the first guy told me they threw in an extra for me… that wasn’t an extra. It was what I paid for. Disappointed is an understatement, especially since they charge 10% extra for online orders.

Waitress was good, place was clean, but extra extra crispy hash browns means not raw in the middle.

Our server, Kayla, in a word... FANTASTIC!
The food was exactly at our expectation for Waffle House... TASTY!
The atmosphere... RUINED! A troll that should not be anywhere near the service industry Amber can be thanked for that. She is a server who has evidently grown to see herself as some kind of manager.
We were not greeted by anyone when we entered. It was busy but I've seen many busier eateries. There were two other groups ahead of us. After arriving, we quickly saw a family leave, and their table get cleaned off. No one from WH advised the next guest that the table was ready. I leaned forward in the row of chairs that were along the front window where we were waiting. I said, "There's a table available. Are one of you all next to be seated?" A gentleman nodded at me. He and his family walked over and took the empty booth.
Soon, the scenario was repeated for the next group. They took a booth as well.
No one at WH greeted either of the two parties who came in after us.
When the next party left their table, my sister, her boyfriend and myself started walking over to that table. No one from WH was even looking at us, so we sat down at the table.
It was then that we were finally noticed by 'Amber the Terrible'. "You all will have to get up and move back to your chairs and wait for her to wipe off that table," she scowled.
It was just then that our server, Kayla approached and started busing our table. The three of us looked at Amber briefly and shook our heads in disbelief. My sister spoke up. "Who does she think she is, the teacher? Ordering us around?"
What a strange situation this was. I've been all over the country and eaten at many Waffle Houses. I can't recall ever entering one without being greeted by someone behind the counter. And I certainly have never been scowled at and scolded by a server. Kayla cleared and wiped down the table very easily with us sitting there.
Kayla was very efficient, courteous and professional. We enjoyed our meal and tipped her $20 cash.
It is worth mentioning that Amber, in her infinite wisdom, had scolded a younger male guest. She made him leave the counter, go sit back down in the waiting area until the counter was wiped down. I don't recall her letting him know when he could sit back down at the counter either.
It would serve Waffle House greatly if they would have the manager take the time to explain to Amber who the guest is and what her role as a member of the service industry is.
I'm sure some would question my perspective. But understand this, it is always a good practice to greet new arrivals at your establishment. It is a very poor business that fosters rude treatment of its patrons. A bit of kindness goes a long way.

Cozy breakfast, fast service at first, but did take a bit to get refills on coffee/hot water after food was brought out. Still a spot we prefer!
Wheelchair accessibility: Not the best, if there is a ramp, the sidewalk is still really narrow.

Our server Cat was great it's only her second day as a server period and it was busy as heck due to the concert we left and football games. Only reason I'm even doing 4 is because the server training Cat was making her do all the work taking all the tables doing all the dishes and was just walking around, Cat keep up the good work and don't let the veteran servers push you around!
