I take my family here often and the service is always wonderful. I have 4 kids and the staff are always so kind to them. Ariel and Kaitlyn are the two best employees there.

No one acknowledged us when we were at the front counter. Every table was dirty. I would have been happy to whipe down my own table, but there was food all over the floor as well. We just decided to leave.

I never see a manager present here, and the employees just do whatever they want. Twice in the last month my wife and I have had to leave because it had been 10 minutes before we were greeted. And weāve seen 4 other tables on separate occasions leave for the same reason. The employees go outside and smoke or go in the back and get on their phone. They clearly see us but donāt care enough to even greet us with a ābe with you in a momentā
You should know that this store is losing thousands in sales weekly because your employees donāt care. Get a grip on your store please.

You can't go wrong with Waffle House. Well to start the server was really friendly, the cook was on his a game and got her food out quickly and the way that we ordered it. It was delicious fresh and what else can I say. My husband and I got the All-Star specials and they made the eggs the way we ordered them and the waffles were absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for some Southern Comfort food.
Parking: Plenty of parking it wasn't busy
Kid-friendliness: You can't get more friendly than waffles with different toppings such as they have a s'mores topping now or you can get chocolate chip waffle or a peanut butter chip waffle or my son's all-time favorite the Reese's waffle. Definitely kid friendly

Stopped in this morning 9/8/24 for a quick breakfast and I just wanna give a huge shoutout to the staff running this place. Everyone was so welcoming, polite, and happy. Beyond the welcome to Waffle House greeting I watched as staff interacted with happy children as well as crying children. I watched a waitress offer up coloring materials for them to color which almost immediately made them stop crying. Such small acts of kindness go a long way in world where people donāt have to do these types of things. Staff interacted with children as though they were their own, telling them how awesome they are and how beautiful they are. FIVE STARS, JOB WELL DONE.
My coworker killed our dog six nights ago but Arielle was so friendly and above and beyond and made us not feel like death for the first time in a bit. She was super friendly and accommodating and honestly my best waffle house experience. This girl needs a raise and to run all the waffle houses in the county

Parking: Easy to park. Plenty of free parking no difficulties getting in.
Kid-friendliness: Their kid, friendly establishment, and a wonderful place to take the family
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible friendly location with plenty of handicap, parking spaces and accessibility ramps
Food was great, customer service was excellent and cleanliness was the best Iād seen at a Waffle House. We tried to eat at the one in Franklin Tn right off the I65 interstate but we were treated poorly and Iām so thankful we drove a few more miles to Spring Hill Tn. Thank you all for taking great care of your customers and your restaurant. I highly recommend.
