The drive-through worker was absolutely rude and completely hated their job. The rudest experience I've ever had!! Do better, guys..

If you actually go to the store the drive thru is fine-slow but fine. But every time I have tried to order through DoorDash they either don’t have half the items or say they do not have the order at all. After 2 times I won’t be back.

If you run out of a product on an online order that's fine, just let me know at the speaker. Making customers wait 15 minutes in the drive thru only to tell them you can't make their order is disgraceful

Food is good. Could be friendlier at the drive-thru but the food is good. Long waits at times, too, but the food is pretty decent. Hot.
We normally only do drive thru but decided to go sit down inside tonight. There was another family in there also. We ordered food and sat down in what seemed to be a manager and two or three workers started getting very loud and animated about who they would be sending home and why. It was just very loud and unprofessional for people who are sitting in there trying to eat their dinner. One of the workers actually said hey guys we have people in the lobby and the response from another worker was well you always get dinner and a show when you're at Wendy's. It just wasn't a very enjoyable experience and not the first experience we've had like this when we have eaten inside.

If zero stars was an option that's what I would give. The store was not clean, but I chaled it up to lunch rush time, no biggie, right. Then the poor cashier looked so nervous, she shakes alot, but the old lady at the fryer screamed at her every 5 seconds making her shake even more amd make several mistakes as a result, while she never once tried to help her, only yes and degrade her in front of everyone. The drive thru lady and a gentleman was trying ti help her and get orders together fast as they could. The spicy chicken was sold out so I git a single w/cheese combo. The fries were cooked perfectly but the burger tasted like it should've been dog food. Got done, left to go home made it about 10 miles down the road and instantly sick. I won't go into detail but it was not good. I'll never come back to this location ever again.

Woah... so I ordered on the mobile app this evening just a simple baconator meal, chicken sandwich, and 10 chicken nuggets. When I got to the drive through there was one car in front of me. It took a while for them to take that cars order which ok things happen. My turn and I tell them twice I had a mobile order after waiting another few minutes. When the first car and I pull up to the second window we both proceed to sit there for over another 15 minutes waiting for thier food. Then when it's my turn to pick up I was given my drinks and without a word they closed the window and had me wait another 15 minutes before I was finally rudely handed my bag without a single word. Not a sorry about the wait or anything. As I sat there waiting for my food there were 3 workers just standing there on thier phones laughing which ok I don't care that your on your phone but then one worker is literally running around with thier head cut off trying to get peoples food and orders out. I've never been so frustrated with wendys especially considering I had ordered ahead of time on the app and it still took them a total of 37 minutes of me sitting in the drive thru to get me my food. I was so frustrated I didn't open all of the food before leaving and the order was wrong and rock hard. We ordered a baconator with no pickles and got a Dave's single with pickles and my chicken sandwich was rock hard almost burnt. You would think after it took so long that they would have gotten the order atleast right. I have worked fast food and I understand things happen and would have understood with some kindness but to have no communication from the workers or any kind of apology for the wait is just not what this place use to be and I feel awful for the one person in there busting thier butt while those others sat doing nothing while in the workers way. I was so frustrated and I didn't want to make the people behind me wait any longer so I didn't want to pull a manager aside but someone should definitely be telling the slackers to atleast go to the back instead of standing in front of frustrated customers.

Horrible place went with my family for a late night run of frosties and the manager refused to serves the half’s and half’s even though an employee agreed to.
ordered a taco salad through the drive-through got back to work removed the lid and an awful rancid smell came from the salad. The corn and the cheese was no good. Tried to call repeatedly To speak to a manager, and they will not answer their phone no voice mail set up to even leave a message.

This was truly the most wild food experience of my life. The inside looks like a bowling alley from the 90s, and almost none of our food was correct. In fact, only one item was truly edible.
