My daughters and I have been trying out coffee shops in this area recently! Saturday White Shepherd was on our list! Small but it was not busy. I ordered my food first and my daughters both got theirs before me I had to go up and asked about it! Staff were not very friendly overall! I would not recommend it nor will I go there again mainly because there are some many better choices in our area!

Well worth the trail to it.
A little off the beaten path but damn tasty coffee, and the 9 one one bagel is awesome with bacon.

I didn't have any food. But the staff is super friendly and it's your basic coffee shop . If you're in the area it's a must stop

I hesitate to dunk on businesses ran by real people just doing their best. So please do not take it personally when I say it was not exceptional. They need to up their game to successfully compete for dominance in the Spring Hill Coffee Game. The coffee was painstakingly average. To be fair, I never tried the food, so perhaps it is great. But the coffee, in my tastebuds, was mid.
Remember, you're competing against (1) Coffee at home (2) Free church coffee (3) Every other coffee shop, that are all closer and more accesible to consumers (4) Yourselves.
Fight to survive. You claim to be a wolf, but for now, you're a sheep.
I believe in you. You exist.
But do you believe in yourself enough to keep existing?
Can you brew coffee harder, faster, stronger?
What sets you apart from other coffee vendors?

They have decent coffee. I tried the matcha my first time here and I found it to be too bitter. It is a little more on the expensive side.
Dietary restrictions: They have good dairy substitutes

not only have I enjoyed this family owned business’s coffee from their traveling trailer set up, I frequent there location in Spring Hill and have had it far exceed my expectations. Beyond the coffee, they have a unique breakfast sandwich and other pastries. The staff is always welcoming and kind. I’d highly recommend trying this place out if you haven’t already.

Arrived late to our trap tourney with no time for breakfast stops on the way from Murfreesboro, saw the White Shepard truck and stopped in a pinch stop the hanger.
Wasn’t expecting this breakfast sandwich to be SO GOOD! My husband and girls agree. Best. Breakfast. Sammich! It was the yummiest warm croissant with amazing quality & perfectly crisp bacon, AND the coffee was AWESOME too!
Tried to talk him into opening one in the Boro! But in the mean time will be making a visit soon to Spring Hill to enjoy again!
Thankful for such a treat ! Blessings!

Just went here for the first time and it was great! My husband and I both got different signature drinks and sandwiches. I love the fact that they use organic syrups and milk for the coffee. I was nervous about getting a signature drink because they can typically be way too sweet, but this was perfectly balanced and delicious. Also, the sandwiches were absolutely amazing we will be back when we want to treat ourselves again .

Very polite service with a great attitude. The team allowed me to use their Wi-Fi to conduct my business after a storm knocked out my service.
The matcha tea tastes great with vanilla, too!

Quiet and small, really enjoyable to just sit and drink your coffee. Or tea! I got a black cold brew 16 oz, and their chocolate croissant. The croissant was very flaky and good, and the cold brew was some of the best i’ve had in awhile. Wasn’t too bitter and has a nice hint of sweet aftertaste. Very enjoyable definitely will come back, and definitely recommend this hidden gem.

The coffee is incredible! You can tell they put a lot of thought into every drink. Also they have live music on the weekend sometime which is always amazing!
