Whit's Frozen Custard - Spring Hill

The custard was very good, but the flavor of the week, Toffee Pecan Praline, had disappointly few pecans or toffee in it.

Ordered a banana split.... they didn't put a banana in it. Other than that its good ice-cream and shakes.

Update: you asked if we went back inside to ASK for the banana.... its in the name Banana split. So no we didn't go back in. We ate and left.

Cool concept, great frozen custard

THE BEST CUSTARD. The red velvet is amazing, and the owner took the time to explain the flavors and make great suggestions on toppings. So good!

I loved this place the milkshake was delicious and so is the ice cream and the staff Is very nice and friendly, and they didn’t take long to give me my stuff I really recommend to try them out

Great treats

Just went through the drive-through. Was trying to place an order for a friend. They made something incorrectly, but the girl working still gave it to me anyways. Then the manager came over and told me that I ordered it incorrectly, and asked for the ice cream back just to throw it in the trash. He then told me that he would make the correct thing for me and yet he still made it wrong. This experience of poor customer service certainly makes me not want to come back.

staff was nice and the whitser I got was okay; the brownie bits are gummy and not real brownie.. Personally, I will continue going to Andys for my Funky Jackhammers 🤪

The custard is good. The employees are good. However the manager is very rude to his employees and he makes it uncomfortable for the customers. I genuinely felt bad for them.

The closing manager tonight (9/21) was extremely rude and demeaning to both customers and teammates during my time in the building. After looking through some reviews, it appears this is a recurring issue. We love the ice cream but I doubt we will continue to be patrons of this location as a result of that type of continued behavior.

I have been here multiple times. I came in to get a s’mores ice cream. She made it with just marshmallow. I said it was made wrong and she said it was a flavor of the week and they don’t make that. Perfectly fine but please let me know before I pay 6 dollars for a single scoop of vanilla with marshmallow. I asked for a refund or exchange and she replied I won’t do that. AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NOT BE BACK. Customer service was awful.

The manager on duty on 8/25/24 at 5:30PM was rude in front of customers to his young employees. Both over order mistakes but he showed anger towards workers- terrible and extremely bad management. Ice cream shops should be a pleasurable and fun experience.
