My sister and I totally enjoyed ourselves... The food was AWESOME... It was made exactly how we wanted it... The staff was very nice and clean as well as the restaurant... I totally recommend this Zaxby's!!!

They just can't seem to get my order straight it's good food, but if you go off the menu and change up a little bit they never get it right. It gets very frustrating if they didn't have the best fries in the world I probably wouldn't go

The port royal location is always so friendly. They do a wonderful job staffing and the folks that work there are great. Is food is always hot and fresh. The drive thru wait is typical.

I ordered a pickup order only for it to sit behind the counter in the kitchen for 10min until somebody realized to grab the drink that came along with it. Food turned out soggy but the time I made it home….. Here I am again. If I could leave another review i would, $14 meal just for my drink not to get made after I was told it was being made. Literally waited another 10min for it. Yet again food was lukewarm at best. May be my last visit.

I got the 10 piece chicken finger takeout among other things. However, when I got home there were only nine pieces in the box. But they were good.
Gave this Spring Hill, TN location after boycotting it for the past year due to horrific service, another try. So sorry we gave them another shot. Placed our order online. Went to the counter to pick up. The 5 girls that worked there were all behind the counter chit chatting. When I was finally able to get the attention of one of them, she asked if I had an order. I told her the name on my order. She said it will be a couple of minutes. There were 4 other people waiting on carryout orders with me. After 5 minutes, another girl placed an order on the counter and turned around and walked away without saying a word. Two separate people that were waiting on their carryout went through the bag and said it wasn't theirs. I walked up to the bag and went through it and saw it was mine. I took it and left. I guess they could not be bothered to tell us whose order it was. We have had several fast food restaurants close in Spring Hill in the past year. I truly believe and hope, this Zaxby's will be closing next. I know we will never be back.

Have come here on multiple occasions. Food has been out in less in less than a minute. Impressive!! Good food and great service! Rare for a fast food joint.
I asked for two separate drinks with no ice and they both had extra ice. I got a Cobb salad with fried chick and the chicken was grilled but the lettuce was squishy and some a little slimy. I work with food I know what kind of lettuce is okay to eat and what isn’t. Tell me how they think it’s okay I also found a hair in my food. I am not picky but I ordered three things two of which were drinks and they messed up all of them. I didn’t notice until 30 minutes after I got home which means I can’t get a refund or anything.
