When I want to treat myself, I stop in and get the steak biscuits from Bojangles. I treat myself often. The best part of my visit is the customer service. Especially 2 ladies in particular. They are not only nice, but funny.

The young ladies were sweet and sympathetic that's why I can't say anything bad about the service. They must have been short staffed and work with want they had. This was the first time I been to Bojenals ana had so many people waiting on their food. The two ladies that was working did a wonderful job of getting orders out even though I had to wait longer than usual. I don't have nothing to say bad about customer service when I know they're trying to do the...

I’d like to share this review/opinion. The food here is really good! My favorite is the breakfast chicken fillet with totes ♥️ of all fast food in Springfield, bojangles is where you mostly can see us. I rate the service only 3 stars because(this happened twice) one time we were in drive through and my man asked if he can have the mustard instead of buffalo sauce… we were starving that time and he was so excited for his food(Bojangles has a good mustard!) just to realized...
