Told the order taker what I wanted got to the window and order wasn't right so had to pay twice. I told worker that I was missing a order of fries they acknowledged that and said it'll be put on this order. then was told to pull up to receive food fine about 10 minutes later worker comes out of we don't have anymore chicken fries but we cook you some nuggets looked in bag still missing fries from first order and nuggets not fresh at all time wasted from my lunch. The quality of this place is a disgrace. What really made me mad was the worker had big smile on his damn face. I seen nothing funny at all never going back to that place just waste of money and time with no quality

Had a craving for a whopper with cheese. Burger was excellent. Fries were soggy. Coke Zero came out clear meaning it was only soda water. Pulled up to the cashier and he looked at me and snickered. Weird. Not sure why things were the way they were as there was no line. Oh well. See you in a year.

Ordered the new shroom and Swiss burgers tonight meaning mushrooms and actual Swiss cheese was suppose to be on it but neither was it was regular cheddar cheese no mushrooms. Don’t think I’ll be ordering that I ate it because I’m not wasting my gas to go back to correct it but do better

Waited here for, and I’m not exaggerating, 30 minutes in line before my wife and I gave up. Every single time we come here the wait is absurdly long. I hope corporate sees this review and does something about it.
Update: 12-16-24
This place continues to suck. Waited forever for my food. Drink tasted flat so I asked for another drink and they said they are out of coke and other flavors. The ignorant employee stared at me blankly as if it wasn’t her problem and I was bothering her. I will absolutely never come back here. Zero stars.

I love my burger king app I get free food and deals on food all the time. The service is great and fast as well
Was told to pull up and wait for my food. They came five or so minutes later. In an exhausted stupor I just drove off when I guess I have to check since they gave me someone else's order. I'm a vegetarian. Ordered the impossible whopper. Was given three regular whoppers. Spent almost twenty dollars to get no dinner. Maddening.

I was in Burger King in Springfield Tennessee on Saturday, October 19, 2024. There was approximately four staff and I had to wait at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged at the front counter. The customer service was nonexistent

Burgers are fine. Whoever does your sign out front, might want to use a dictionary. Fiery is spelled wrong. Let's all hope they can read the instructions on "making a hamburger". It makes them look dumb, and by association, the city.
