The Best Burger King‘s in Tennessee the assistant manager I forgot her name she’s very polite and if you have any issues, she’s definitely know how to resolve them. She really help me out today and I just wanna thank you and this review for Her and Her team.

Will not order here again, my food was cold when I got it home and I live less than 5 mins from this location. As someone who was in the food service industry for over 5 years, manager at a very fast paced location near downtown Nashville, this is despicable and I would've never let food leave my restaurant that I myself wouldn't eat. Absolutely no excuse for this.

I have been going to Springfield Burger King for several months in the mornings and I wanted to let youall know the staff is amazing they always go above and beyond for customers. I usually see the same staff. The service is fast, caring and very accurate. I love going there because I feel so welcomed and like family. Keep those morning ladies there great ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I came the the drive through and ordered two double cheeseburgers and when I got to the window the lady who took my order had music on that wasn’t appropriate for work! I proceeded to wait for 10 minutes on my food, while I was waiting she stood there on her phone. when I got my food it was cold and I beeped and she came back to the window and she was rude I asked her if she could remake it and she told me no and slammed the window and still stood there on her phone. I asked for her name and she said Terrianne. I left because I was already late taking my son to his appointment but I will not be back.
I thought I could give BK another chance but I can’t it’s the same thing everytime I go. it’s the store itself, management, and employee’s. Enough is enough and I’m to my limit I will be calling HR myself because this is unacceptable. 10/12/25

Went through the drive through at 632 pm today at Springfield Tn the meat on my whopper was ice cold just terrible I didn’t get my ketchup or mustard I ask for I will not return

Waited 15 minutes in the driveway through and then just left. Poor management.
The dining area was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the counter were friendly and got my order right the first time, which I always appreciate. Tried the new brisket whopper meal. The food came out hot and fresh. It didn’t feel rushed or overly noisy, so it was a good spot for a quick meal without the chaos that sometimes comes with fast food restaurants.

It was ok. Not great tried ordering on the app this time. Nothing was ready at the pickup time and the burger was lukewarm. Fries were hot but nothing else was.
